I chose this neighborhood as the views are incredible from every single room of the house The accessibility from the Hollywood side and the Valley side the proximity to the studios, and of course the incredible views
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This properties unique as it located on a cul-de-sac it’s the second to last house on the street. There’s only four homes on the street. You’re on top of the world just off of Mulholland and you can access the Valleyside in 10 minutes as well as the Hollywood side it’s very convenient
