Just a short drive away, you'll find both the charming village of Lexington & the bustling city of Port Huron, offering endless opportunities for exploration adv&enture. You will need a car to explore the villages of Lexington and Port Sanilac!

The sandy area is at seawall height for lounging in the sun, with a ladder/steps leading down to the water. The water is shallow at the bottom of the steps.
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 4 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors'way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garabage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
