Vackert hörnparti med dubbel däck framför (tillgång till övre däck via Doorwall), däck på baksidan, stämplad betong uteplats på östra sidan av hemmet. 2 sovrum och 1 på övervåningen loft med vacker tvilling dag säng. Central luftkonditionering i hela hemmet (installerad i slutet av juni 2016) !!!!!!!

Weber Propane Grill, 1 person OCEAN Kajak, keramisk brunnspit på baksidan (var vänlig notera Trä för eldstaden är INTE inkluderad så snälla ta med din egen) stämplad betong uteplats, 6 personer utomhus matbord med vadderade stolar och paraply.

Du kan ringa eller texta mig när som helst. Jag kommer att försöka vara där för att hälsa på dig (om tiden tillåter det). Om inte kommer det att finnas en låsbox med en kod (angiven dag före ankomst).

Michigan version av cape torsk .... liten stad med bra affärer, marina, stränder och park.

Att komma runt

Gå direkt in i stan. Central plats så allt är inom block.

Vi är centralt belägna i byn. Vi är ett kvarter från stranden, som har ungefär en 60 fot allmänhetens tillgång. Det finns en annan allmänhetens tillgång två kvarter ner i slutet av Lake St och Old Orchard Bluff, med en mycket trevlig strandområdet. DNR sjösättning är i slutet av Boynton St, och Marina är i slutet av Huron Ave. Patrick Tierney Park Ingången ligger vid slutet av Simons St. Parken har en lång sträcka av sandstrand, lekparkutrustning, picknickområde och bryggan för att gå. 4 korta kvarter till Lexington Village Theatre.

This is a great cottage! Steve was very quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed fantastic weather & time on the beach. Our dog loved the yard & patio. We would definitely book here again!

Cute place close to town. We enjoyed the space and the great backyard. It was a little buggy upstairs due to open gaps around the air conditioner installation that allowed spiders and such to walk in.

Warm and inviting

Host was helpful. Minutes by foot from downtown and the beach. Weather was cool. House was comfortable. Kitchen had gas stove which was intimidating to us. Bathroom and large bedroom was on main level. Windows on main level were left unlocked, but the host said crime was low there. We locked them anyways. Two windows would not lock at all, notified host. Visit with family and friends was more relaxing than meeting at a restaurant. Very proud of my hometown. My husband did notice cobwebs on the high ceilings and in some corners of rooms. Also, a musty smell was prevalent throughout our stay. Not sure where it was coming from.

Fun Family Vacation

The house was in the perfect location! We were walking distance from the restaurants and shops downtown and to the beach. We enjoyed having the wagon, kayak, and chairs available for use. We definitely plan on returning!

Beautiful Lake House

A great hangout for family and friends. Cozy house inside, with a great yard for dining outside, and campfires in the evening. We defiantly would like to return.

Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the house! It was a short 4-5 min walk from the beach and downtown. We walked almost everywhere. The house was very nice and clean. The yard and patio were really nice as well.

The home was in a great location. Everything was within walking distance. The home was very clean, nice spacious backyard where our dog could run and play, and lots of beach stuff in the grage to use. We couldn't get the t v to work, but when we contacted the host, he contacted us back right away and we were able to make it. Overall we had a great time!!

Heart of Lexington Michigan

Our 10-day visit to the Lexington Michigan area went well, this property was perfectly located, clean and comfortable during our stay. We, too, own a cottage in the area that we short term rent and we treated this home as we hope our tenants treat ours during their stay. The outside space is well done too! I will rent again!

Lover of travel near and far :=) However, with 3 young kids and a hectic professional life sometimes our travel gets put on the backburner. In particular, our schedule makes enjoying our summer house complicated and thus we have decided to rent it out (hopefully to a family who can take advantage of life by the lake)!.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Walk right into town. Central location so everything is within blocks.

We are centrally located in the village. We are a block from the beach, which has about a 60 foot public access. There is another public access two blocks down, at the end of Lake St and Old Orchard Bluff, with a very nice beach area. The DNR Boat Launch is at the end of Boynton St, and the Marina is at the end of Huron Ave. The Patrick Tierney Park entrance is located at the end of Simons St. The Park has a long stretch of sandy beach, playground equipment, picnic area and the break wall to walk. 4 short blocks to the Lexington Village Theatre.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Brand New everything inside, kids love it, all of our renters have loved it. Close to Port Huron (Metropolitan city with everything from Target, to Meijer, to Home Depot). Sarnia Ontario is right there as well with a Casino and more!
