Detta vackra hus i Fort Gratiot är ett privat hem året runt med en fantastisk sandig privat strand, den perfekta platsen att titta på godstrafik på Great Lakes. Detta hus ligger mitt i en vacker liten gemenskap av strandhem.
Det finns 5 sovrum (tre rum med dubbelsängar), ett rum med en full storlek säng och ett rum med en inbyggd tvilling.
Huvudnivån har stort rum med gasspis, storbilds-TV, kök plus öppet koncept vardagsrum / matsal, ett sovrum på stora våningen (queen size-säng) och ett badrum med full badrum. Däck på huvudnivå, sittplatser utomhus och gasgrill.
Den övre nivån har de andra fyra extra sovrum (2 drottning sovrum). Storskärms-tv i huvudsakliga sovrummet, badrum och halvt badrum. Det övre däck som ligger utanför de 2 drottningens sovrum har en vacker utsikt över Huronsjön, uteservering med sekretessskärm.
Hemmet har central luft / värme, med takfläktar i hela huset. Den har ett kök med full service med allt extra inklusive mikrovågsugn, bortskaffning, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, ett komplett komplement med redskap, disk, köksredskap, bestick och eldstad på stranden. Alla sängkläder tillhandahålls. Ta med egna badhanddukar. Gas grill och utemöbler på både däck och runt stranden eldstaden.
Hemmet är vackert inredda. Alla lädermöbler - sektioner, soffor, kärleksstol, fåtöljer. 50 "plattskärmsplan och 42" i sovrummet på övervåningen, kabel-TV (comcast) med blueray och trådlöst internet ingår. Andra tillbehör inkluderar en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek, vin- och dryckskylare, extra stolar, servicetält och fällbara bord för utomhusunderhållning.
inga kalla duschar ..... Huset har oändliga varmt vatten som tillhandahålls av en ny tanklös energibesparande varmvattenberedare .... så inga bekymmer för att slut på varmt vatten med många morgonduschar.
Vardagsrummet har en luftlös eldstad med naturgas med fjärrkontroll.
INGEN KRAFT-avbrott på din semester eftersom huset har en ny naturgas Generac-generator som automatiskt kommer att återställa strömmen till huset i händelse av strömförlust i området.

Great vacation house

Our stay was relaxing, owner was available quickly for any concerns. Neighborhood was friendly and clean. Water front was beautiful, just right for kids playing, rock collectors, watching sunrise with a cup of coffee in the mornings or watching freighters go by. Something for just about any age.

My family loved our stay here. We've been renting lakefront properties on Lake Huron for 15 years. This may be our favorite. Loved the views from the decks and the beach. Lots of seating indoor and outside. Thank you, such a great vacation! We hope to return soon!

Amazing and beautiful spot for R&R

Do yourself a favor and book this gorgeous property. The views of Lake Huron are startlingly beautiful, the house is large and can accommodate many people without issue (we had 6 adults and 2 kiddos with us and never felt like we were on top of each other), and most importantly the host, Mark, is a genuinely kind and helpful gentleman. He was communicative from the time we booked until we checked out. The house backs up to Lake Huron so you only have to walk down a handful of steps to reach the beach, literally in the backyard. The house was spic and span when we arrived and had pretty much everything we needed in terms of kitchen drink ware/cookware and utensils, bath towels, lounge chairs, etc. We would love to stay again. Thank you, Mark & Rhonda!

Lake House Getaway

Beautiful home with a great view of Lake Huron. Sandy beach, lake freighters passing by in the distance. Wonderful views of the rising sun and nice sounds of the surf on the beach.

Perfect week on the water

My husband and I recently traveled here with our two kids (3 and almost 1) for the week. It was really a home away from home. The house Is set up very nicely - the kitchen has everything you may need and washer and dryer definitely make the trip easier. The views out over the lake are amazing, and our 3 year old loved watching all of the large boats go by from the back sliding glass door. The area is nice and quiet and the house is in a perfect location - really great for small kids, as you don’t need to pack up and go anywhere, but can just walk down the stairs to the great little strip of beach. The house has a large deck looking out over the water and a fire pit down on the beach. There was also a great little park with walking trails nearby for the couple of days that it was a little too windy to head down to the water. Mark was incredibly accommodating and helpful- great to work with. We definitely look forward to returning.

On the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this property. Great location! Disappointed that previous renters lost the paddleboards, but we would definitely rent this again.

Loved this lake house! One of the best vacations we’ve had. The house was perfect and the lake did not disappoint! The owner was very responsive and helpful. Can’t imagine a better vacation spot.

Lake Huron 2019

This was an amazing property!! The Lake was awesome and the location was perfect for our grandkids!! I don’t think they have ever been happier on vacation!! We all loved it! The neighbor, Andy, was a delight. Our 9 year old grandson had great conversations with him. We all loved seeing Andy on his back deck and chatting with him. We had the best times on the beach during the day and great campfires at night. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Mark!!!

Amazing time on the lake

The property was exactly as described and right on the lake in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of parks in the area also, if you have kids. We stayed at Mark's place for a week in June. Being right on the beach made it super easy with small kids. We didn't have to pack anything or drive, just headed down stairs. The property also has a lot of toys and beach supplies! Communication was super fast and easy! Thanks!

My old home growing up as a kid.

This was my home as a kid, my parents bought it in 1959 when I was 2 yrs old and kept it in the family until Mark bought it about 8 years ago. We rented as a family for boat weekend a few years ago and had all the family there. I live 4 miles away and stop by from time to time what new things have been added. Mark takes pride in this home and has added to the second floor bedrooms, built a new great master bath and second floor deck. This home has everything you need for a great family week vacation. Top of the line everything. You will not find a nicer home on the lake for your get away. Just less than a mile to a great mall and lots of food places. If you are lucky enough to rent this home you will never forget the fun times.

Wonderful Experience

Wonderful house right on the beach. The house had all amenities you could think of. Enough dishes and cooking items so meals out aren't needed. Found everything we needed. Had 20 for dinner one night. Plenty of room. Owner is easy to work with. Very responsive and very interested in pleasing the renters. Beautiful location.
