Upstay presents this beautiful newly built (2018) home, located in East Austin. It has 3 large bedrooms and is spacious enough for 8 guests to stay at a time. There are 2 King bedrooms, a Queen bedroom, and a trundle bed in the upstairs lounge area. There is a large fully fenced in backyard with a private swimming pool, a beautiful sundeck and an outdoor lounge and dining area. Enjoy cooking meals fresh from your BBQ grill while dining poolside!

Some of the furniture you see in the photos has been recently updated. While the style and comfort remain top-notch, the current pieces may differ slightly. We’re always striving to make the space more welcoming for your stay!

This gorgeous home features stunning hardwood flooring, lots of natural light and large closet spaces. Each of the bedrooms comes with it's own ensuite bathroom and laptop friendly dedicated workstation. The first two bedrooms are located on the ground level. There is a spacious King bedroom and also a comfortable Queen bedroom. The primary King bedroom is on the second level, and includes a private furnished patio that overlooks the backyard pool, and also has a large soaker tub in the ensuite. Finally, there is a third floor loft that has a trundle bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. Plus, you can add BBQ to your menu thanks to the outdoor grill. There's plenty of space to lounge in the living room, and we've put in a large smart TV with internet access for your entertainment. There's even a workstation if you absolutely must check in with the office!

Soak up the Austin sunshine from the back patio! There's a fully fenced in yard, sun lounger recliner chairs, and a sparkling swimming pool to cool off in. If you'd like for us to heat the pool for you, please let us know (there is an additional fee). We've even put in collapsible umbrella shades if the sun gets too intense for you. Enjoy dining poolside with a meal cooked fresh from your outdoor BBQ grill. Austin living at its finest!

The Neighborhood:
East Austin's Rosewood neighbourhood is in Travis County and is one of the best places to live in Texas. In Rosewood there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.

Rosewood is also home to several parks, including Rosewood Park, which features a swimming pool, a playground, and a walking trail. The park is a popular spot for picnics, outdoor concerts, and community events. The neighborhood is also close to the Mueller Lake Park, which features a playground, trails, and a farmers market.

In terms of dining and entertainment, Rosewood has a number of options. The neighborhood is home to several food trucks, including Baton Creole and LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue. There are also several restaurants in the area, including Haymaker, a sports bar with a large patio, and Hillside Farmacy, a popular brunch spot.

Getting Around:
Rosewood is located just a few minutes from downtown Austin and is in close proximity to several major highways.

• Please note that the upstairs bathtub is currently out of order but the toilet and shower are still available for use. Our maintenance working to fix this issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
• Our maintenance team comes by every Wednesday and Sunday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.

Additional Services:
• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $75/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• If you feel like grilling up something delicious, we've got you covered. For just $70, we’ll deliver a tank of propane right to your door so you can fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy some outdoor cooking.

We're happy to deliver:
• Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!
