Två andra sovrum och ett inomhus / utomhusbäddsrum med en kvalitet queen-size futon för ytterligare gäster. Njut av tid inomhus att titta på filmer på storskärms-tv eller spendera tid vid poolen.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Austin, Texas. We celebrated our son's 21st birthday! Everyone had their own bedroom! What a great time!

The host was friendly and responsive. When the pool was found to be in need of some attention, Kim was apologetic and had the pool guys there in less than 24 hours. She made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Would definitely rent again!!

Kim's house was the perfect place for our group of seven to visit Austin for the first time. Kim thought of everything to make our stay perfect, kitchen was well stocked, enough towels, even had shampoo,conditioner and body wash. The pool was an extra bonus, in the 90 degree weather for people from Montana that is not used to hot weather. Would definitely book again.

Our stay at The Rustic TexMex house was great! We couldnt be happier! All of our needs were met, if we had any questions kim responded extremely quick wirh the answer. We will definitely be coming back next year when we attend moto gp again!

The house was great. Even better in person. So much character, charm, and unexpected touches we needed. Very clean! We spent 3 nights there for a graduation. Close to campus, HEB’s, restaurants. Kim was very helpful and answered quickly. No issues. We would love to stay there again someday. Great price as well compared to other nearby properties. Perfect Austin vibe!

We loved this property! It’s roomy but cozy and has that “old Austin” feel that we love so much!The area was safe and nice, house had everything we needed, beds were super comfy, host was flexible and responsive, and the pool is large in a nice yard! We wrote this down as one of our favorite Austin stays!

Comfortable stay

This home was perfect for us and adult children and spouses (7 adults), as well as an evening with extended family. Very comfortable, with everything we needed.

Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything in austin but still on the outskirts. Can't say enough about our host and all the amenities in the house were awesome.

COZY AND FUN

I absolutely loved this house. It’s the perfect location in ATX right in the middle of everything. I love how spacious the rooms were and of course the pool was AMAZING!! I love how the owner was fast at responding and always kept communication with me. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Austin!

We've been to more ethanol one rental in the Austin area and this one was my favorite. The (new) housekeeper left the place in immaculate shape. The separate rooms were a blessing for our crowd, and each person said they were really happy with their space.The pool in the back was very inviting, and there's a kids' play structure right off to the side...which was also inviting. But I controlled myself.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and there was a stash of spices and other things so that we didn't have to buy things like that just for a few days. It's within a short drive to a lot of nice restaurants and an HEB and more. All in all, it was perfect for us to have a brief reunion and relax in comfort. I'd recommend it highly except I want it to be available when we go there again...

Great Spot

House has plenty of room, backyard feels secluded and the pool is a good size. 10-15 minutes to UT and downtown which was nice. Host was great with communications and answered questions/fixed small issues very quickly. Would definitely stay again.
