This property was a match to the description. Many upgrades have been done. Nice kitchen, the main bedroom is large. Just note, the main shower is not a 2-person size. The extra bedrooms are nicely decorated. The pool and spa directions they give you are easy to follow.

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. It was perfect for us to visit our Grandson who lives in Austin. Jeremy was always available to us when we had questions before during and after our stay. Great amenities. Air conditioning worked great, and the pool helped with the Austin heat in August! This home was a 10-15 minute drive to many attractions downtown. We visited Barton Springs where we swam and enjoyed paddleboarding. There is so much more to see. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, great living space, Roku TVs all around. I would absolutely recommend this home to any family visiting the Austin area.

Great stay.

The house was nice and had everything we needed and the converted garage was amazing. Giant tv, ample lounging space, and the arcade was great for me and the kids. Would stay again 10/10.

The house was beautiful. Clean andNicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Not ideal for family with little kids that will make noise out in the pool area. Neighbors will complain!

Our biggest issue with the house was the backyard. We chose it for its pool, but it was disappointing due to algae growth on the pool and hot tub bottom. Despite weekly maintenance, the pool turned green a few days after being serviced. We were not comfortable swimming again, even if the pool had been cleaned again prior to our check out. There was also a wasp problem, with wasps constantly in and out of the pool. Wasp spray was provided, but we were uncomfortable using it on wasps in the pool and didn’t see any nests to spray. Due to the wasps and pool issues, we only swam three times during our 11-day stay, though we expected to use it daily. The house needed a deep clean. We found hairs in the shower, dirt under rugs, spider webs, dust, and debris in the silverware drawer, and encountered a roach, several spiders, and ants in the bathroom. Traveling with a 3-month-old, cleanliness was crucial, and we were disappointed.A minor issue was the WiFi, which required providing our name and contact information to connect. This inconvenience prevented us from connecting the baby’s WiFi-enabled devices. Otherwise, the house was functional and suited our needs. The game room was our favorite spot, located on the opposite side from the bedrooms, making it ideal for quiet mornings and evenings. Jeremy, the host, was responsive to our questions and promptly resolved an issue when a storm knocked a limb off a tree in the front yard.

Magnificent house

This house had everything a family could need and then some! The host was very responsive. We even enjoyed looking at the photography and painting. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outside veranda with comfy couches, TV and gas heater! Most important - the beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you for thinking of everything!

The house was exactly as described, spacious, comfortable, loved the pool, hot tub and game room. The host was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen has everything you could possible need/want. It was not a problem for us but future guests should know the entire pool is 5 feet deep and there are no floaties or life jackets so bring your own. A beautiful relaxing setting with all the comforts of home. Highly recommend!

Family

This property was amazing. My husband, myself, daughter in law and 2 grandsons stayed a week. We had many visits from my daughter and family. The game room was perfect and gave us space to spread out. The outdoor pool area was welcoming and good for the kids ranging from 3-6 yrs old. The kitchen provided everything we needed for meals and the location was excellent! The beds were super comfortable and each room was made to feel like home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. Thank you for every detail you provided us!
