2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo facing the outdoor pool! This second floor condo overlooks one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City! You're only 2 blocks and a short walk to the beach and Atlantic Ocean so this is the perfect vacation spot! This great condo offers an updated kitchen, spacious layout, a washer/dryer, and high speed internet. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. Also including the Queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room, you can sleep 7 people comfortably. There are two unassigned parking spots. You're close to many great restaurants, bars, shopping and tons of other activities!

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $110.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Please note this condo is on the 2nd floor and the building does not have an elevator. The pool is open seasonally, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day.

**Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
