2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with outdoor and indoor pools, just 4 blocks from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two queen sized beds and there is also a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The open living area includes a fully kitchen equipped with all the accessories to accommodate your cooking needs. This condo also offers central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. You'll enjoy the private entrance with enclosed courtyard area. There is plenty to do with convenient access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. After a full day of activity and adventure, relax in the living room to stream your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV before bed. The living room and both bedrooms have Roku TVs so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) Please note this condo is located on the second level and there is no elevator in the building.

This condo is located in Club Ocean Villas II. Along with awesome community amenities that include both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis/pickle all courts, and basketball /racquetball courts, you are a few blocks from the beach and just a short walk to all the amenities you need for your stay.

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $109.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
