Wonderful Stay

My mother and I truly enjoyed our stay! So much so, we booked a return visit at the end of August! The condo was absolutely perfect for us....we loved the screened in porch. Thank you again and we look forward to our visit in August!

Memorial Day getaway

Home was perfect. The host was excellent !! My niece had car trouble and he was very helpful !!! The home is very close to the beach , pool , boardwalk !! Totally recommend this rental !!

Mother Daughter girls trip

Well appointed property. The condo is within easy walking distance to the beach. The two parking spaces were a great bonus. The condo had plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out and relax. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare simple meals. A/C worked great after a hot day at the beach. Super cute place!! We are already planning another mother/ daughter trip next summer and hope to stay in the same place!! ❤️

Quick vacay

It was okay. Cons: Not very clean when checking in (crumbs on carpet and one counter, milk stains), wet bathmats, ants. Small tvs in bedrooms, sheets provided were embarrassing. Pros: pretty easy access to beach, pool, water pressure, good location, responsive to our one request ( linens were not there when we showed up).

Family vacation

The property was very nice. Pretty clean, just not in the hidden places, like under the beds and the hard to reach spots in the bathrooms. The fan was broken in the sun room. I sent the text to report it and not had a response back. Also being asked to keep the air set at 77 is insane. Thats hot. Youd never set your heat that high in your house in the winter. Which made me get sick on the second day we were there. I actually passed out. That would be the only reason we dont stay there again. Also there was no way for me to rent linen. It was the 4th of july and no one could supply that to me. I should have been made aware that would be a problem. I had to spend unnecessary money on the tip.

Hi Sarah, I think you were a bit confused on most of the instructions unfortunately, we're sorry. We never ask anyone to keep the thermostat at 77, that would be ridiculous. We ask that you put it on 77 WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. Where you set the thermostat during your stay is not something we limit or dictate. As for the linens, we have in our listings that linens are optional. We sent 3 emails regarding linens prior to your stay and you never responded to any of them. We rent linens on a daily basis but we cannot do it on same day notice of a holiday unfortunately, our linen company requires 72 hours notice for that. Sorry that you misunderstood the instructions, we've never had anyone think they had to leave the thermostat on 77 during their stay before. :-) We can see where that would definitely be uncomfortable but those were your departure instructions, not instructions during your stay. Thanks a lot and enjoy the rest of your summer!
