Step outside onto your private oceanfront balcony, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating where you can relax and soak in the stunning views of the beach and waves.

Inside, you'll find all the amenities you need for a seamless stay, including complimentary Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels provided for your convenience. A starter set of coffee, tea, creamer, spices, and cooking oil is also included, ensuring you can start your mornings or whip up a meal with ease.

Entertainment options abound with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows or movies. Plus, our smart lock system allows for contactless check-in, adding an extra layer of convenience and safety to your stay.

For added convenience, the High Point South building offers coin-operated laundry facilities within the building, making it easy to refresh your beachwear and keep everything clean throughout your stay. Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth)
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

* May 15th through October 15th: Guests must pay a parking fee upon arrival to building - $50/week or $20/day (per car, max 2) Please know that this fee is subject to change at the building's discretion.

This building does not have an automatic sprinkler system.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
