The family-friendly Golden Sands Building is located in the heart of Ocean City, and its Amenities are nothing short of amazing! Featuring a Penthouse Level Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill and even sometimes Live Entertainment, there is something for everyone in your family to fall in love with! Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also, for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Comfortably sleeping a family of 6, you will love this beautiful, open floor plan with sweeping Views. As you enter, you will first find Bedroom 2, which is well appointed and perfect for slipping away to relax and unwind. At the end of the Hall, you will be in awe of the stunning Views from the Floor to Ceiling windows in the open Living Area with Kitchen and Dining Area. As you enter the Living Area, you feel this beautiful home open to magical views of the Ocean as well as the Pool Deck below. The Private Balcony is a great place to watch the family play! The Kitchen will thrill the Chef in your family - well-stocked with all you need to make any mealtime a breeze. The Breakfast Bar is a great space to grab a quick bite before hitting the Beach or the Pool. Can't do without those sea breezes? Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $60 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned (assigned June-August) parking space. Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.
Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.
Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.
