Bekvämt beläget på ett lugnt bostadsområde väg, är detta 2,300+ kvadratfot två-nivå hem med pool i hjärtat av vin land, och bara en 45 minuters bilresa från San Francisco. Vingårdar, restauranger, butiker, vandring, spa och den vackra Sonoma Plaza ligger alla inom några miles och med tillgång till alla Wine Country platser inklusive Sonoma, Russian River, Alexander Valley, Napa och Silverado Trail.

Fastigheten ligger några minuter från över 40 vingårdar i Sonoma Valley, men ändå nära till stan. Njut av restauranger i världsklass från 5 Star köket till lokala burger lederna. Den Sonoma Mission Inn världsberömda spa ligger en kort 5 minuter från huset, och Sonoma Golf Club är ett stenkast bort. Jack London State Park ligger bara upp vägen i vackra Glen Ellen, en av de mest förtrollande städerna i Wine Country.

Inne i hemmet hittar du ett stort, fullt utrustat kök med utmärkta apparater. Det finns plats för 8 vid bordet, för tre på köksbänken, och för 6 på uteplatsen. Köket öppnar till den mysiga vardagsrummet. 1/2 bad och tvättstuga ligger bekvämt off av vardagsrummet. Den formella vardagsrummet och matsalen är perfekt för familj och vänner för att samla in och koppla av. Trägolv och nya mattor slutföra utseende.

Njut av varma sommarkvällar i mousserande i mark pool, BBQ och koppla av i hängmattan. Poolen mäter 15 "x 30", och har en sol filt. Kvalitet teak utemöbler, parasoller, vilstolar och en kolgrill gör en perfekt underhållande utrymme. Befälhavaren bad är välutrustade med dusch och egen toalett rum. De fyra rummen är alla på övervåningen och har en rymlig master svit, en charmig rum med en drottning säng och två rum vardera med en full säng. 8 personer max beläggning. Inga stora partier eller sammankomster är tillåtna. 3 bil maximalt. Inga barn under 5 år w / o ägare avancerad kunskap och tillåtelse.

Detta är verkligen en fantastisk plats som vi ofta njuta av oss.

Great home in Sonoma

This home was perfect for my family, the pool area was perfect to lounge and hangout. The inside had updated bathrooms and was a clean home. Great location minutes from downtown Sonoma.

Quiet and Convenient Location

Great location for hopping around the Sonoma area. A cozy home with a great outdoor patio for enjoying some sunshine and a dip in the pool.

Amazing home and pool ! Our family loved the Hallmark moments we created during our stay <3

We arrived at this lovely home greeted by a beautiful front yard and fell in love the moment we walked in ! The home was so similar to the home we raised our children in and we felt at home immeditely ! Our "home away from home " was very clean, very modern and we slept like babies in our comfortable beds ! The bathrooms were clean and modern with great showers. Then the back yard was so welcoming with a beautiful back yard, patio and a pool that was very well maintained - we spent many hours in the pool celebrating our daughter's 40th birthday and our baby grandson's 1st birthday - Our son in law loves to grill - so his biggest attraction was the weber grill - he BBQ'd every meal he could - We loved the landscaping in the backyard where beautiful lemons were growing and munched on some juicy figs from the fig tree - and enjoyed the scent of lavender bushes - there were also tomato plants at the house , which were so deliscious in our salads ! we were very close to town and love downtown Sonoma for some fine dining as well and the Sonoma Market and Whole Foods was just a few minutes down the road :-) We couldn't have had a better time and Dave Pier was a great host and made himself available if we had questions - we were so comfortable in his home -,and we left with the most beautiful memories as a family <3 HIGHLY recommend a stay here !

Great place close to town!

5 adults felt very comfortable here. We were in town for the Napa to Sonoma 1/2 marathon. This house is close to downtown Sonoma and large enough to accommodate 5 adults very comfortably. The pool is very relaxing! And the lemon and lime trees are a great little treat! Looking forward to our next trip to wine country.

Great place to enjoy sunshine with family

The home was perfect for a family to enjoy. Dave was helpful whenever I needed questions answered. The area is in a nice quiet neighborhood and the pool provided hours of enjoyment.

Wonderful Sonoma Retreat!

My family & I (5 adults, 2 children) stayed at Dave's house for a long weekend & it was just perfect! The interior of the house is beautiful. Very spacious & welcoming. It's the little touches that make it feel like home -- the pantry full of essentials like sugar & spices, the piano in the living room, the games in the den, the books & magazines (which I really appreciated since I accidentally left all of my kids' books at home!). There are a lot of different rooms for people to spread out in & the dining room is a good size for a large group. The beds are all very comfortable! The pool area is inviting & relaxing, with a lot of different seating options. I enjoyed eating breakfast out there in the quiet cool mornings & relaxing there at night. The pool is surprisingly large. The home is close to the heart of Sonoma -- about a 5 minute drive -- so it was easy to get in and out of town. Dave was a pleasure to deal with -- responsive to emails & calls & very accommodating. This home was a wonderful find! My kids (ages 3 & 6) are ready for a return trip to Sonoma & are begging to stay in this house again.

great place

We had a large group here, aged 2 to 82, for a wedding weekend. The place was wonderful - immaculate, stocked with everything we needed, great pool. Dave was a gracious and helpful host. Would love to come back for a longer stay!

Amazing weekend in a perfect location!

We just returned from a long weekend trip to Sonoma, and had such a wonderful time at Dave's home. Not only is the house perfect for a getaway, it is in a prime location (just a few miles from Sonoma Plaza) and has a gorgeous backyard oasis. Dave was so easy to work with, and readily available either by phone or email. We grilled steaks the first night we were there, as he left us with charcoal and grill to use, and enjoyed dinner at the outdoor table. Saturday we were a little "tired" from our weekend activities, so spent most of our day floating in the pool and napping in the very comfortable hammock and lounge furniture. Dave also left great recommendations for us, and the check in and out process was a breeze. I have stayed in Sonoma several times before, and have rented other houses through VRBO, but I will only stay here from here on out :)

Great place -all around

I stayed here over Father's Day as I had a wedding in town - there were 8 of us family members in the house - from infant to grandparents. There was plenty of room to spread out, with two family rooms in addition to the bedrooms. The outside space was also great, and we enjoyed hanging out in the pool and eating dinner outside. We were able to visit several close-by wineries and easily get to town - close enough to go by bicycle. Some of us also went jogging right from the house and found some good country roads nearby. The house was in good condition and everything was clean and functioning. We had a question about operating the pool filter, which was answered by the owner very fast. The owner was responsive and clear in all communications prior to arriving and throughout the process Overall, it was a great weekend, and we all want to go back.

Great place to stay!

We stayed at this house while we were in Sonoma for a wedding and it was perfect. The house was only a few minutes drive from downtown. The house was clean, fit our large group comfortably and the kids loved the pool! I would rent this house again.

Wonderful time

This house was a hit! Big thank you to the family for sharing it with us. I stayed with a group of friends at this house for a long weekend. It had everything we needed for the weekend including a kitchen-aid!! There was room for a few cars which was helpful as we arrived on separate days/flights. They even left pool floaties out for us to use and we were pretty lazy after running the 1/2 marathon. The kitchen had ample space for cooking & hanging which is good because everyone was always in the kitchen! We enjoyed dinners both outside & in and we never had to worry about space. The owner left us with a lot of helpful information regarding the house/internet use/local cabs/vineyards. Sonoma town center was 3 miles away & we were surrounded by farm stands & vineyards. Not to mention the edible landscaping – so helpful to have easy access to lemons! All in all a wonderful place to stay in a perfect location!

Girls Weekend

We visited Dave's beautiful home for a girls getaway. The house was wonderful, clean and perfectly suited to our needs! It housed 8 of us comfortably. We were close to downtown Sonoma, able to explore during the day and then hang out by the pool and grill at night. Dave had many great suggestions about what to do/see while we were there. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Chicago visits Sonoma!

We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to stay at Dave's house. Our trip to wine country would not have been the same with out it. We loved touring wineries during the day, playing in the pool in the afternoon, and cooking a nice dinner together at night. Dave was so helpful prior to our visit - providing excellent recommendations for restaurants, wineries, and an awesome bike rental place (they delivered the bikes to the house for us!). This house had everything we needed and it was incredibly clean. Plenty of room - even the bunk beds were comfortable. Location was great too. PS- there are real lemon trees in the back yard!

A lovely home away from home.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here when visiting Sonoma. When we weren't out tasting, we were cooking in the sunny open kitchen or relaxing by the pool. A real pleasure. Thanks again!

A gem of a getaway to the wine country...

This house is a getaway gem in the heart of the Valley of the Moon (AKA Sonoma). It's perfect for a quick weekend excursion from anywhere in the Bay Area, and a fantastic "home base" for a long summer or winter break. It's conveniently located, with access to all the best Sonoma has to offer. Hours of fun can be spent by the pool, and endless meals can be turned out in both the kitchen and by the BBQ. The house is extremely comfortable and accommodating, and great for family get-togethers. Night skies sparkle with stars, and there is actual night-time silence! Ahh....

I also love to cook and entertain and find the house to be very conducive with the kitchen being the center of the house.
