Lovely and spacious condo with the best beach view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Our family had plenty of room, it had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week, and the beach views were the best! The rental company was excellent. We would definitely love to stay there again when we visit Indian Shores.

The location of this property was perfect. Ocean view was gorgeous. We have stayed in this area a couple of times before & we would definitely rent this condo again. Loved it!

The view is beyond amazing. They might need to invest in a new cleaning crew ( pieces of cookies on the floor, counter tops had food on them, cabinets had food dripped down them). Other than the above the room was great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place with lots of space. Very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the ocean view. The only thing is the smoke detector would off very day and mostly in the middle of the night so it would wake us up and you would have to push the reset button and the light it in closet between the bathroom blew twice so we had no light in there. But overall this is a great place to stay the staff were very very friendly.

Beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was beautiful and overall look of the apartment was great. Unfortunately, there was road construction right in front of the apartment the whole time and the noises started pretty early in the morning and late into the afternoon, so it was constant if you wanted to spend the day relaxing in the apartment. There were a few things that needed cleaning and repair, which were taken care of the same day, except the water filter which had to be ordered and was never replaced during our stay. The floor although it didn’t look dirty, you could tell by walking barefoot and the resulting dirty feet that it wasn’t.

We had a nice time, but Appliances and locks need updates, so that’s why we give it 3 stars. Deadbolt for the front door doesn’t work. The maintenance staff came to check and said it was corroded so they couldn’t fix it. The slider doesn’t lock. The water on the fridge says replace filter. The maintenance staff said they needed to order a new one, so we never got a new one during our stay. The water on the fridge also leaks when you get water out. The dryer temperature button is broken so you have to dry everything on high heat if you use it.

Like the Seagate, but unit 201.....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this complex before but not in this unit. The description said updated and for the most-part it was. However, it felt a bit tired. The furniture looked a bit dirty. Granted, it was light colored but when sitting on it you could see the dingy look on the upholstery. The beds in the room with two queens were terribly uncomfortable. The linens in the master were clean but stained and had holes in them. There were extra pillows to use but no pillow cases. The throw rugs in the master bed and bath appeared dirty. The master bedspread also appeared dingy and unwashed. The toilet in the master bath would sometimes not shut off but we didn't report it as it was hit or miss and my husband could make it stop by jiggling something in the tank. The floors didn't seem clean because when our grandchildren walked barefooted after bathing for an evening they would have dirty feet. There were lots of dust bunnies along the baseboards and I know this because I dropped my phone charger beside the nightstand and saw a lot of dirt and dust. The unit just felt like it needed a good deep cleaning and some sprucing up. The Seagate is a great place to stay but thia unit wasn't as nice as some of the other units we have stayed in. The property management company was pleasant to work with and we had no issues with reservations or accessing the unit. I will say that the building itself appeared to have a couple of things that needed attention. Since our stay last year the gates to the pool and the beach no longer have security on them. The elevator is PAINFULLY slow. When there are multiple families waiting to take luggage or groceries up to their unit you might have melted ice-cream by the time you get there. Overall, we like the Seagate but this unit meeds some attention.

Had everything that we needed and more. 2 parking spaces made it even better. Would definitely come back again

Great location. However lacking some amenities

Hello the location and Condo were perfect! comfortable beds, and the Condo was very clean, however it was missing some amenities there was no lounge chairs or chairs for the beach and no umbrellas or shade tents to provided some shade on the beach and no umbrellas at the pool also, whit h we’re provided in the past at the pool. My husband had to go out and buy chairs and an umbrella for the beach and pool, that were a little pricey and we had to leave them.

Great Condo for Family!

Reviewer Comments: Our whole experience with Florida Lifestyle was accomplished via email and phone. Our stay was Sunday to Sunday so the office was not open. We were very pleased with the information available to us and the condo was wonderful. the rooms were large, there was plenty of storage, Everything was clean. We did have a 10 year old and a 16 year old so the fact that we had rain for several days during our stay was a slight problem as we Indian Shores is very quiet with little to offer other than the beach. We did take the trip to Clearwater to the aquarium which we highly recommend. Also, ate at Crabby Bills in Indian Rock...TWICE, great food!

Loved area. Condo needs some tlc. Cleanliness of kitchen 2 stars. I had to clean before I could use. Needs some paint and new rugs. It has great potential just needs more care and love, it is tired and worn. Patio furniture needs to be replaced.

Family stay at Sea Gate

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay. Beautiful location and condo. However, we had some issues upon check in that were never resolved. I had to contact the office multiple times before receiving a call back more than a day later saying they would send someone to fix the issue. They said the maintance person 'showed up', however, we were not given a heads up so of course we weren't there when he came. He came again a day later when I had to sit inside on a sunny day to wait, because again, they couldn't give me a heads up on arrival time, he acknowledged the issues and said he'd be back the next day (at this point we're 3 days in), he never came back and I didn't hear from anyone. We had a rainy day inside with kids and no living room TV because of the issues. The condo is nice but really needs a deep clean. If you clean any spills off the floor your towel will be black, also using any plugs behind dressers and floors are solid dust. Would be in great condition if someone deep cleaned.
