Our beautifully remodeled CORNER unit SeaGate unit 301 is a fresh and relaxing condo to sit back, put your feet up and have a memory making vacation! Breathtaking unobstructed beach views from the living room, master bedroom as well as intracoastal views from the queen bedroom. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Corner units have 2 balconies! A large wrap around balcony off of the living room and master, the bonus second balcony in the 3rd bedroom overlooking the intercostal!
Breathtaking, unobstructed beach views from the living room, master bedroom, and kitchen, as well as intercoastal views from the queen bedroom. We have 3 bedrooms (master: 1 king bed; second bedroom: 2 queen beds; third bedroom: 1 queen bed), 2 full bathrooms, a free, in-unit laundry, and a kitchen fully stocked with all the dishes, glasses, pots/pans, and appliances you'll need. For the evenings and rainy days, the condo has plenty of games/puzzles and a smart TV in the living room and each bedroom for guests to access their streaming apps. Corner units have 2 balconies â a large wrap-around beach-front balcony off of the living room and master, as well as the bonus second balcony in the third bedroom overlooking the intercostal!
The Sea Gate complex boasts a heated oceanfront pool, tropical lounge areas, and a grilling patio. As for Indian Shores, this quiet beach community sits just south of Indian Rocks Beach and is laden with Florida charm, fiery sunsets, and an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, lovely beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. Indian Shores is also home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

Located in the quaint town of Indian Shores, this beautiful home has just been remodeled to a very high standard. The condo is located directly on the beach, very close to restaurants and bars. It's a perfect place for a vacation for you, your family and friends!
