We absolutely loved our stay at this beachside condo!The location couldn’t have been better-right on the sand with incredible sunset views.The condo was super clean, cozy, and fully stockedfrom kitchen essentials and even little extras that made it feel like home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week. This is the absolute best condo we have ever stayed in. The access to the beach cannot be beat. It was stocked with everything you could ever need for a fun day at the beach. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. We hope to stay again next year!

AMAZING!!! We absolutely loved our stay here this week The condo was so beautiful! It was the most well stocked place we've ever stayed over the years, from dishes, cooking supplies, coffee choices, to towels (both bath and beach), paper products, beach chairs and toys, the entire stay was great! The beds were all so comfortable and bathrooms were so nice! The pool was fantastic and clean, and the short walk to the gorgeous beach was so convenient. The view from the balcony was breathtaking every evening! We had the pleasure of meeting Elaine during our stay and she was so sweet and truly cares about her guests having a wonderful stay! We will absolutely return again!

Everything was perfect—the condo was well equipped, plenty of bath and beach towels for 8 people, beautifully decorated and clean. The owners even left a 21st birthday card for my son. We could not be more pleased with our stay! Top notch!

Great location for a family vacation

This was our second stay at this condo. Perfect for a family. Gaarie and Elain are wonderful hosts. Their condo has everything you need. The full sized washer day dryer are a great bonus. Our kids loved the closet full of toys and all the board games in the family room. The storage room had beach toys, chairs, etc. However, the absolute favorites of our kids are the pool and the beach! There are so many geat places to visit in the immediate area. George C. McGough Nature Park and Florida Botanical Gardens are worthwhile stopping by and are free! This place is worth a Five Star overall rating.

Love the condo. 2nd time we stayed. The owners are fabulous to work with! Few things need an upgrade but nothing real important. They did say they are doing upgrades in July so that’s a real plus. The location is perfect. We would love toGo back but with my husband and I getting up in age the steps up to the condo are getting a bit much would highly recommend this condo and their owners!!Thank you again for our 2nd vaca!

Amazing Stay!

This is our 3rd year staying at this property and we will be back again next year! We love that this is right on the beach, a must must when you have little kids. Our kids loved going back and forth between the pool and beach with ease. Gorgeous view, quiet property. Excellent all around!

Spectacular

Not one thing about the rave reviews of this condo and its location are exaggerations. If anything, the 5-star reviews do not do it justice. Condo has everything anyone could need. And Elaine and Garrie are just such a bonus. One does not expect to love the owners of a vacation home. Well, there is no way to avoid it. They are fantastic. Hope to come right back. Excellent in Every Way

We had an incredible stay at this property over spring break! My family of four (with kids ages 2 and 5) and my parents stayed for the week, and everything was just perfect. Communication with the hosts was excellent from the start—they were responsive, helpful, and provided a thorough guide with restaurant and activity recommendations, plus details about the property. Knowing we had little ones, they had a Pack ’n Play set up for our arrival, and the condo couldn’t have been more kid-friendly, with an ocean-themed bunk room, kid plates/cups and a closet full of toys, books, and stuffed animals. The unit was spotless, well-organized, and stocked with all the essentials and extras we needed for a comfortable week away. On the second day, we noticed a possible issue with the pool filter and heater, and the hosts were at the property within minutes to troubleshoot and checked in throughout the week to make sure it was resolved—so thoughtful and proactive. The location is ideal for a multigenerational trip, with breathtaking sunsets, a quiet beach, and a private feel thanks to the four-unit building. There’s even an outdoor closet fully stocked with beach toys, a wagon, umbrellas, and pool floaties—everything you need for family fun in the sun. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly beach getaway. It doesn’t get much better than this!

We loved staying at this condo! They had multiple beach towels and bath towels which was helpful for the kiddos! The pool was just below the condo and the view of the beach was beautiful! We loved the balcony facing the ocean! We will return! Thank you!!

My family (3 generations) thoroughly enjoyed staying at this wonderful place. This was our fifth year staying here and will be coming back again next year. It has everything to offer with a great location right on the beach, heated pool, and within walking distance to many restaurants and parks/playgrounds for little ones. Fully furnished with all your needs. The owners, Gaarie and Elaine) are nearby and respond promptly if any issues may occur.

Our stay on the Beach

The main room is open and has a nice set-up.The open view to the ocean is spectacular andthe deck is a great place to spend your time reading and resting. The pool is well maintainedand you are literally right on the beach. We willbe coming back.

Excellent Property

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was beautiful, as well as the property. Great location; restaurants within walking distance. The home was fully stocked and all kitchen equipment and supplies. Beds were very comfortable. The hosts are the best, very thoughtful and truly cared about our stay. They took great care of us! Highly recommend this condo and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great place in IRB!

We had a great stay! Loved being steps from the ocean, the great pool and the well-stocked condo. Lots of little touches made it great for our kids-lots of beach toys, pack n play and high chair. The pool was warm and because the condo only had 4 units, we bad it to ourselves all week! The beach right outside the condo was gorgeous, we had great sunset views and even saw dolphins several times from the balcony: Would definitely recommend.

You can’t beat the location. The beach is stunning. You won’t forget the amazing sunsets - every single night. The hosts couldn’t be any nicer or kinder. I’d rent this again just because of them. After living in Tampa for 30 years, we decided to move to Indian Rocks beach 15 years ago. We live on the intracoastal waterway 10 blocks from this beautiful condo on Indian Rocks Beach. As boating and golf enthusiasts, we love this small beach community. We now have this wonderful second home for our family gatherings..

Varför värden valde detta boende

We would have never considered anywhere other than Indian Rocks Beach. This condo is one of only 4 units. We are within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and most anything else you may need.
I think we knew the moment we first walked into this home that this was exactly what we had been looking for. The living area is really large for this size unit because the master bedroom is in the front of the home. That opens the whole living and dining area to those large sliding glass doors exposing those beautiful views shown in the pictures.

Small 4 unit building with covered parking, beautiful heated pool and deck area, in a wonderful section of IRB, just steps away from one of the best beaches in Florida. Clearwater Beach has been named best in the U.S. for the second straight year. IRB is just as beautiful without the crowds.
