Piney Point is ideal for crews who enjoy the outdoors or are looking to get away from it all for a relaxing vacation!

When you step into our home you immediately see the large windows displaying the lake views and the open concept living room and dining space. The living room offers cozy seating, a large Smart TV, a spacious dining table that seats 8, a fully stocked kitchen, and access to the patio space. Head down the stairs for another living space! This room offers another large couch, a Smart TV, and a variety boardgames!

Outside, enjoy the home's best amenity - the picturesque shore of Beaver Lake! From the back yard you can relax on the patio spaces, grill a perfect meal, enjoy the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub spa! You can access the lake directly from the yard by walking down the back yard to the rocky shoreline. Just take note that guests do not have access to the dock.

We invite you to experience the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and natural beauty at our lake view retreat! The water is just steps away and Prairie Creek Marina is a 17 miles drive where you can rent a boat, rent a slip, or just enjoy the public swim areas. If you're looking to spend time in town, the busy and historic Downtown Rogers is only 16 miles away!

When it's time to go to sleep there are 4 bedrooms to choose from:
(1) On the main floor there is a primary suite with a King bed, patio access, and large and private bathroom with a huge soaking tub and shower.
(2) On the main floor the second bedroom has 2 Twin beds, a closet, and a nearby bathroom.
(3) Downstairs, the third bedroom has a Twin over Full size bunk bed, a closet, and a nearby bathroom.
(4) Downstairs, the fourth bedroom is great for the kids! This room has 2 Twin bunk beds (sleeping 4 total), a closet, and a nearby bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house (except the boat dock), all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located off a gravel street with nearby neighboring houses in the lake's cove.

Getting Around:
Our home is just a short drive to Downtown Rogers (13 miles). Beaver Lake is accessible through the back yard by entering into the shoreline (there is no dock access). The nearest marina and boat ramp is Prairie Creek Marina (17 miles).

Other Things to Note:
★ Not pet friendly.
★ The fireplace shown in the living room photos is not functional.
★ The docks in the cove are privately owned and not available for guest use.
★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
