Guest Access:
We have a two car garage available for guest parking. Additional parking is available in the driveway. You will access the home from the front door. The front door has a smart lock. Guest code will be provided 1 hour prior to check in. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Pets allowed with $50 non-refundable fee per pet per stay (no more than 2 dogs allowed) + $250 refundable pet deposit per stay. Please inform us if you plan on bringing your pets prior to booking. Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.
Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: For direct bookings only, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method upon check-in. You wonât be charged, but the hold means that you wonât be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, weâll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
