Practically perfect in every way!

We absolutely loved this house, and the view was spectacular! The home comfortably fit our large group for eating and socializing, and it was a short drive to the marina for the boat days!

Perfect getaway

Beautiful home with a view. We spent most of our time on the back deck with the fireplace. Only 2 of us so we didn’t use the upstairs at all, but plenty of room for families. Would definitely return!

The house was beautifully decorated and the view of the lake was nice as well. We stayed on the lake most of the time and having the boat ramp close was a huge plus. Definitely recommend.

We had such a great time!

We loved the home and all the amenities offered from the outdoor fire place lounge area to the extra fridge, to the swing and play fort in the yard! Our family had a very relaxing and fun time and will hopefully stay here again in the future!

This was a great place for our family of 6!!

My husband, our four young kids, and I just finished our stay here and we really, really enjoyed our time here. We typically are ready to be back home after a week long trip, but this time we were sad to go. The view was lovely, and we spent as much time as we could on the back screened in deck. Every morning we lit a fire and watched the sun rise over the lake and nearby mountain. It was so comfortable in this home!! We truly do hope we can return one day. It was the perfect fit for us!

Lovely stay!!!

The house was very spacious for our party of 10 people and in a fantastic location near the lake. The views are beautiful of the lake, it is quiet where all you hear are the sounds of nature. The house is well kept. We would definitely stay here again in the near future it was an excellent trip for us all and we all enjoyed the house!

There were some unspecified charges when I made the purchase that made my payment larger than what I thought it would have been. The rental was absolutely gorgeous!! Loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect place.

Short Stay

We enjoyed our short stay. We actually received a text saying we could check in early. The fireplaces, games and outdoor areas were added bonuses. The kitchen of the home was supplied with all of the necessities. If we have to travel again to that area, we would definitely try to stay at this home.

Worst management company I have dealt with. My family needed a getaway as we have been dealing with hospice, and for my birthday I wanted to rent a house that I could walk down to the lake and fish. This house is advertised as a lakefront property and states "lake access is just a stone's throw away, perfect for fishing, kayaking". Completely wrong as when I pulled up the address and realized it isn't lakefront but does have a lake view. Within 30 hours I called asking for a cancelation and they denied me. I tried to reason with them and the local person I talked to told me it was my fault for not reading the listing. I'll attach a photo to show the first thing I saw was fishing but if you scroll down more it says "due to local ordinances, lake access and fishing are prohibited." I can see how I failed to read to the bottom but why would I when it said it allows fishing and lakefront? The person I talked to was beyond rude and lacked zero customer service. I ended up booking another house.

Ladies Getaway Trip

Our group of friends enjoyed this lovely home. Comfortable screened porch with ceiling fan & TV. Also there’s a large covered deck overlooking the lake. Main floor master with en suite bath is very comfortable. There is no access to closet, so plan to put clothes in a few drawers or keep in suitcases. Upstairs shared bath had a clogged toilet. Plumber thought previous guests probably flushed a plastic toy that got stuck. Upstairs there is a master suite, a bunk room, a small bedroom and a bed placed in the loft. Dual zoned A/C was great, as upstairs was too warm when we arrived. Walk down to lake shore was fairly easy. Short drive to Rocky Branch Marina. I hope to book this home again!!

Felt Like Home

We had an absolutely lovely stay overall! Our week spent in the company of family was so relaxing, and the house was wonderful. The interior space was just as described, and we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the loft bed. The house was clean and well-stocked, though we did notice a few minor issues with some outdoor amenities. The outdoor TV could use a bit of maintenance, and we had trouble getting the sound system to work both inside and outside, although that could have been our error. The kitchen was fantastic, equipped with all the dishes and tools we needed, although a casserole dish would have been a helpful addition. It's worth noting that if convenient access to water is important to you, this may not be the best location. While there is a path to the water, it's quite a steep walk and the immediate area isn't ideal for swimming. However, the views of the water from the home are absolutely stunning! We particularly enjoyed spending time on the screened porch, and were able to find plenty of nearby swimming spots within a short drive. The gated neighborhood was a peaceful and serene setting, making it a truly enjoyable place to stay.

Beautiful modern family friendly home

The house was new and beautifully decorated. It had full size soaps in every shower and the kitchen amenities were all we could have needed and more! It felt so homey and the owners thought of everything. The neighborhood was quiet and the views were spectacular!

Long drive with no lake access

Beautiful and new house. I loved the layout. If the house is the destination, it is perfect for our family. But we hoped for the lake to be the destination and there was only a distant view. Very disappointed with this aspect and failure. To be clear, this property you can see a distant lake but the shore line is private. Not worth the price for the house alone.
