Fantastic Place

We loved this space. Host was great. The space was perfect for our Family gathering. We would definitly stay here again. Larry who works downstairs was extremly helpful. Location was close to everthing! Amazing view!!!

We have stayed for a long period of time so occasionally something needs to be fixed or replaced. It is rare but the managing service is great at responding quickly.The condo has an amazing view and wide balcony to enjoy it. Expansive views of the beach and ocean and a nice view from the bedrooms of the city lights in the distance at night.Just steps from a great beach. I love walk and running and this beach is perfect for that. A wide beach with hard packed sand that goes for miles.I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Love margate

My family and I enjoyed staying in this Margate unit, and only steps away from the beach. This unit was very clean and spacious, enough for all of us to spread out. I would definitely book this unit again.

Room is great. Very spacious. Closets are like small bedrooms. Bathrooms are huge. Ocean views are incredible (except for overlooking RV park). Security is tight. Very peaceful. Comfortable stay.

Nice Treat For New Year’s Eve Weekend

The Margate Tower is arguably the premier property on the Grand Strand. This condo was more than comfortable for our party of 9 and was equipped with anything we needed to be comfortable. Being ocean-front was a requirement for us and this unit did not disappoint. It was not inexpensive, but as a holiday treat for the family it was right on point. Checking in and out was simple but the lock box being 7 miles from the condo was a bit inconvenient and the 9:30 AM checkout time the morning after New Year’s Eve was a little early for some of our party. But all in all, another great stay at the Margate Tower.

Beautiful Getaway Close to Home

Wow factor as soon as we opened the door. Open floor plan, lots of light, gorgeous ocean view from wrap around porches. Very short walk to Apache Pier, the longest pier on the east coast.

Great location, very clean, beautiful

We chose this over a few others based on location and the open floor plan. Our family was 10 people and did not feel like we tripped over anyone. The location is great & walking to the beach just takes minutes. Hosts are VERY responsive. They are a professional company and well experienced in managing rentals. Plan to rent this place again if available.

Great place

Overall fantastic experience. One small problem was the coldness of the condo staff. They seem to resent renters but overall experience was great. Would be nice to have more availability of chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Highly recommend the property.

Wonderful place

My family and I stayed here recently and I have nothing but good things to say. The condo was super clean, up to date, and had everything we needed. The location is great because the beach isn’t super crowded in that area. A tiny comment would just be that picking up the keys from the different location is a bit annoying but it’s really not a huge deal. It was worth it to be able to have this condo for the duration of our trip. The condo is a great place to stay and my family will definitely be back!

Family Vacation at Margate

Great location with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Very nice property. We would stay there again. I enjoyed watching the beach and surrounding are wake up every morning. We felt like we were on top of the world.

Amazing Condo and location.

We had a total of 3 families (10 people) here and this was the perfect spot. The condo was well stocked minus little things. For example, we were told to run the dishwasher when we checked out but we weren't supplied dishwasher detergent. However, that is a small oversight for the big rewards of this condo and location. What's not mentioned in the rental details that beach chairs, beach toys, board games are all in the closet. We brought our own but it was nice to have that as an option. The beach wasn't overcrowded which I loved. The comment pool and hot tub were perfect. The decor of the home was great. Please note, you have to pick up the keys about 5 minutes away from the condo not a big deal but something to remember if you're planning to arrive after business hours. Overall I highly recommend this rental and look forward to returning in the near future.

Fantastic Beachfront Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was better than expected. Great view of the beach, large, open floor plan, and enough space for our group of ten. There is a pool, hot tub, and covered parking structure. The beach is an elevator ride down and a few feet from the pool entrance. There is also a Starbucks located in the Hilton Hotel just a block away. You are a 25 minute drive to the boardwalk in Myrtle Beach, and roughly the same to North Myrtle. The condo is a couple of miles off of Kings Highway, which has food, shopping, and entertainment.We will be visiting this property again in the future. You can book directly thru the vacation rental company instead of a third party. It saves you money.
