This condo has been remodeled for you to enjoy any time of the year. Extra touches throughout, with a one of a kind fireplace for ambiance and a little heat. Amazing views from its multiple balconies, take in the ocean sounds from the large front balcony or the sounds of nature from the back balconies. This condo is technically considered "oceanview", we have a direct view of the oceanfront. This home boasts over 2,000 heated square feet, plus 370 square feet in deck space. It is an expansive 3 bed/3 full bath that will accommodate any large family or multiple small groups traveling together for activities like sports competitions, conventions, or simply the guys getting together for a few days of golf and camaraderie!
You have access to the Brighton pool and hot tub. *****This is a private rental, it is NOT associated with the Embassy Suites or Hilton on Kingston Plantation. You DO NOT have access to the amenities(pools, waterpark, fitness center, etc.) at those resorts. *******

This private residence is located within the beautiful private gated beachfront community of Kingston Plantation. It is a 145-acre master planned community, nothing less than spectacular! Complete with 23-acres of freshwater lakes, surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and above all only steps to the 1/2-mile of wide, white sandy beach.
During your stay, our guests will have access to multiple pools (one dedicated to the Brighton building, located outdoor at the complex along with a hot tub), and a Kingston Plantation Master Association pool, Windemere by the Sea.
Right next door is an Embassy Suites Resort, guests are more than welcome to enjoy Starbucks or the newly completed Black Drum Brewery. A short walk to the brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating welcomes you with many fire pits to grab a drink to relax, along with a large patio for your enjoyment. Indoor or outdoor whatever you enjoy, allows for a beautiful view of the ocean.
