Wonderful Vaca Spot

This was by far the best vrbo I have ever booked. Everything about it was the best. The entire family loved it and we all wished we had more time but we are looking forward to coming back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

Great location and very spacious to accommodate 8 adults! Lovely to sit on the balcony drinking coffee in the AM with the sounds of the ocean. The condo and Margate itself were incredibly clean. Prista Vacations was very quick with communication and responsive to questions. The 150 off MB activities was a fabulous bonus! The kitchen is big, including a walk-in pantry. We would likely stay again for these reasons. Please note: there were a few card games to play and poker chips, but that was about it. There were no books or beach equipment to borrow. The picture does show 4 chairs on the balcony—if you have more than 4 in your group, you need to be creative. Very little has been updated—hard mattresses, carpet bubbling, wicker on balcony chairs unraveling, etc… It is very much a rental unit. However, we don’t require much as we usually bring our own entertainment and beach equipment, cleaning supplies, etc…

Great week at Margate tower

The cleanest rental unit I have ever been to! It was a great place and would stay there again. The front desk employees can be a bit controlling and could smile more often 🙂

Absolutely amazing

This was our first time staying here and it was nothing short of amazing!! Everything was perfect. We brought our motorcycle and was let known that it would be under video surveillance with guards all around so we had no worries. It was very peaceful as well!! We will be returning in the future.

Vacation for Birthday Trip

Absolutely beautiful view and great location. The only thing is they said they had starter supplies but there was no coffee filters or K-Cups and other condo always that I had stayed before always had starter coffee supplies. I feel like owners should always have coffee supplies in the condo.Other than that the stay was fantastic.I would stay again.

We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We appreciate your feedback and would like to kindly clarify that the starter supplies provided upon arrival— as noted in the rental agreement—include paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. Coffee supplies, however, are not included among the starter items. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!

Great 4 couples golf/shopping trip

Huge condo with an excellent location in Kingston Plantation. Super Large balcony that wraps around, and then a smaller one off the side. Lots of room to spread out to relax or large table to play games or eat. Loved the large laundry room. Only negatives were an outlet or 2 that didn’t work and the curtain/blinds in the living room don’t work and need to be replaced or just taken down, the view is just to spectacular to block it. Definitely would book again.

Wonderful unit and stay

My family stayed here and we loved it. The unit is very homey feeling and has great beach vibes. The check-in process was super easy and we loved being able to pick up keys on site! We also appreciated how clean the unit was. We can’t wait to come back next year sometime!
