This gem is located in the heart of the highly desired Chevy Chase where guests are able to walk to UK, the Arboretum, Kroger Field, local eateries, & so much more. This listing is for renting the ENTIRE duplex, note there is not a door that connects each unit. Guests will live like a true Lexingtonian & will be conveniently located for all their stay needs.

Whether in town for a sporting event, horse racing, a show at Rupp Arena, work trip, Bourbon Trail, wedding, or just an incredible weekend getaway, this home offers a 5-Star experience every guest will enjoy. Guests are only moments to campus/downtown and conveniently located between both Tate's Creek/Nicholasville Rd.

This listing is for the ENTIRE Duplex. Please note, each unit is separate & private. There is NOT a common door or access to freely go from one side to the other. Guest's must walk outside to access the adjacent unit.

Guests will be dazzled by this fashionable 40502 unit. Featuring elevated furnishings and modern-day amenities, this 2-Story property has character and style throughout. We can't even begin to describe the amount of natural light, homey feel and comfort this property possess. Featuring WiFi, guests will also enjoy a Roku TV in each bedroom.

The house is setup as follows: The 1st Floor features a comfortable living room off the entry with comfortable seating for 4 -6 guest, then opens to a dining room. Off the dining room you will find our small but amenity driven kitchen.

The 2nd floor features a full bathroom and 2 spacious bedrooms.

This layout is for each unit.

Guests are able to walk to many local favorites as well as access downtown with Uber. We do recommend a personal vehicle as well.

This unit includes only 2 parking spots. All other vehicles will need to park along Cochran. We do have central AC & Heat, but sometimes our second floor can get toasty so we have also provided window units for guests.
