Historiskt hem byggt i slutet av 1800-talet nära centrum och University of Kentucky. Restauranger, centrum och Storbritanniens campus på gångavstånd. Woodland Park ett kvarter bort. Vårt erbjudande är inte ockuperat när det inte hyrs ut och erbjöds tidigare som en hyreslägenhet med 3 sovrum. Det är nu möblerat och ett utmärkt utrymme för resenärer som behöver kortvarigt boende.

Hela 2: a våningen tre sovrum möblerad lägenhet med privat badrum, vardagsrum och kök. Ej ockuperat när det inte hyrs. Det finns 3 stora sovrum, ett modernt kök, badrum och vardagsrum. Varje rum har TV och TIVO med Netflix, Amazon Prime, Vudo *, Hulu * och andra * streamingtjänster. Trådlöst internet i kommersiell kvalitet i hela.

Vårt område ligger mellan Storbritanniens campus och Lexington centrum. De flesta hem på gatan är herrgårdar i viktoriansk stil byggda i slutet av 1800-talet. Vi är en halv kvarter från Woodland Triangle detaljhandelsplats och ett och ett halvt kvarter från Woodland Park. Woodland Park erbjuder en pool, tennisbanor, ett baseballfält, picknickbord och en underbar promenadtur med många trädarter. Woodland Avenue sex kvarter börjar vid E. Main Street och slutar på Storbritanniens campus.

Lyft-, Uber- och taxitjänster finns tillgängliga. Lyft- och Uber-åk (förutsatt att ingen uppsving / Primetime-upptrappning) till centrum, Rupp Arena eller Lexington Convention Center är ungefär $ 5. Till LEX Airport eller Keeneland Race Course är kostnaden cirka 18 dollar. Dessa är baserade på min senaste användning av dessa tjänster, priserna varierar som du vet om du använder dem. Wonderful historic home close to everything!

This historic home has so much character and was absolutely perfect for us to stay at for our daughter‘s graduation. It’s close to Rupp Arena, close to restaurants and bars, and the owners really went all out to be very accommodating. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect stay

This was the perfect place for our stay. The location was perfect for an extended visit to see family at UK. David was a gracious and welcoming host. Murray’s cheese platter! Great communication and had lot’s of great local knowledge and suggestions to help get a lay-of-the-land - with info on what to see, eat and tour. The place had everything we needed. Loved the style and comfort of the place.

Awesome

The Lafferty House was awesome! We stayed there for the night so we could attend a concert at Rupp Arena. The house came with all of the amenities you would need for a short stay and the owner was very hospitable. Seems to be a quiet, nice neighborhood. We will definitely stay again, if ever in Lexington.

Perfect Getaway

We rented this location at the last minute and it was perfect for our family of 3. Super clean and comfortable, we enjoyed downtime between visits to local places in Lexington. We were able to walk to dinner one evening and it was perfect. All amenities were there and we felt well taken care of - a home away from home!

Great location and friendly owners

Great location. Stayed for a UK football game. Not a far walk to anywhere on campus really. Owners were very very kind. Everything in the house is well labeled and marked. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location and Great Host!

The house was perfect! Everything was very clean and things were labeled which helped out on proper use of switches and such. The location was perfect, we were 2 miles from everything we wanted which made for easy walking! Our host, David was very responsive with any questions and really friendly when we got the chance to meet! Would definitely stay here again for another Lexington trip!

Nice hosts

Four of us stayed for a weekend in February. The kitchen and living room are both small, but plenty for what we needed. The bedrooms are very nice with comfortable beds! We ran out of paper towels and toilet paper, but the hosts were really prompt in getting more to us. Nice place in a good location!

Treated by the host in a non intrusive way, check. Found all household items well stocked and clean, check. Walked to the best restaurant in Lexington, check. Five nights of excellent rest after fun filled days, check. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful, quaint, perfect location.

UK Graduation Weekend

My husband and three adult children came down to Lexington to watch our youngest daughter graduate from UK. We had an amazing weekend, and a big part of it was due to this amazing house and welcoming hosts. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Ladies Weekend in Lexington

The Lafferty House was the perfect place to stay for our ladies weekend getaway to Lexington. The location is excellent, easy to and from Keeneland, walking distance to many great restaurants and bars, and to Rupp for a concert as well! The neighborhood was lovely and quiet with ample street parking right out front. The host, David, was very responsive and accommodating even providing recommendations on good spots for brunch on Sunday morning. There were many special touches within the unit that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. We would definitely book Lafferty House again for future visits to Lexington.

Good spot for a weekend in Lexington

Property manager David was very attentive and responsive. The property itself is the entire second floor of an old home. It fit our group's needs as we did not spend a lot of time in the space, we spent most of our weekend traveling and dining out. The one down side is that the single bathroom for 6 adults does not have a fan or windows that can open, so the logistics of 6 adults using a single bathroom be challenging. Again, worked for what we needed it for. Good a/c too!

Great Place and Great Hist

This was a getaway trip for my adult sons and I. We had our own comfortable bedrooms and space to relax and watch basketball! Location is very convenient and easy parking on the street. We walked downtown and we also Ubers when we wanted to.The location was convenient for both! Very charming old house and the host communication was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!
