Just a 2-minute walk from the Two Towers (Torre Asinelli) and the main square (Piazza Maggiore), it's also close to museums, restaurants, upscale bars, and fashion shopping. You won't need transport to explore Bologna from here. The Art Suite offers a stunning view, unique paintings, and elegant Murano lamps. It features an ensuite private bathroom, summer air conditioning, smart heating, and no kitchen. Perfect for couples and business executives, it's a comfortable base to experience the medieval charm of Bologna.

This premium guest unit (for family guests) is at the end of a large 1400s apartment floor that hosts a Mon-Fri firm office, closed on weekends, ensuring privacy and quietness to the suite guests. You will be the only guest.
Wi-Fi is fiber high-speed. There is no kitchen, but who needs it when you have so many amazing coffee shops, casual restaurants, and whatever you like just around the corner?
The suite's artwork includes paintings by local artists and a Murano chandelier from Venice. It offers a fantastic view of the central area of Bologna, including five towers.

Amazing stay

This place was perfect! Comfortable and clean. It was central to so many restaurants and activities. We never had to walk more than 10 minutes to our destination. I would gladly stay here again!

The apartment was perfect, spotlessly clean and in a great location so close to all the attractions you want to see and also so many restaurants in close proximity.Bruce the host was very good communicating and had several good recommendations for eating which we tried and they were both very good.I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again should we return to Bologna, great apartment and great location.
