Finely furnished apartment right in the heart of Bologna, a few steps away from the splendid Basilica of San Martino and the Two Towers.The apartment, located on the third floor reachable on foot, is characterized by a ceiling with exposed wooden beams in all rooms, which make it warm and cozy. The entrance opens onto the spacious and bright living room which features two comfortable double sofa beds and a TV. A small hallway leads to the independent kitchen, fully equipped with the cooking tools, including an oven, a microwave and a kettle. Climbing a staircase it is possible to reach the upper floor where guests will find the bedroom provided with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower and a toilet complete the layout of the accommodation.Guests will benefit from amenities such as the air conditioning, the washing machine, the independent heating and the free wi-fi, perfect for working from home.*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
