Bright studio apartment, a short walk from the Mercato delle Erbe and the main points of interest in the city of Bologna.The apartment, on the third floor of a building with an elevator, consists of a single room, simply furnished but comfortably arranged.On one side is the living area, with an open kitchen equipped with the necessary for cooking and a dining table; on the other, separated by a cabinet on which the TV is placed, is the sleeping area with a queen-size bed and sofa. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.Air conditioning, heating with heat pump and washing machine will be available in the accommodation.The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
