Our clean apartment has everything that you will need, without the clutter you don't. Having stayed in over 100 Airbnb rentals around the world we have done our best to create the type of space that we love to stay in.
You will have access to the entire one bedroom, one bathroom apartment, a dedicated parking space and a free washer and dryer in a shered laundry room.

The building lies in the beautiful, walkable Hyde Park neighborhood, a few minutes from downtown and similarly nearby the University of Texas. With its historic homes, well-tended lawns, and tree-shaded streets, the area emanates small-town charm.
There is a parking space for the unit and plenty of extra street parking if needed. Just a few blocks away at W. 38 1/2 st. and Guadalupe st. you can catch bus 801 that runs past the University and to downtown every 20 minutes.
