Ny Hyde Park Charmer Among the Trees

Vår gästlägenhet byggdes kärleksfullt 2018 med vår familj och vänner som besöker Austin i åtanke. Enheten ligger i det bakre hörnet av vår fastighet omgiven av mogna träd. De privata trapporna på baksidan av enheten leder dig upp genom träden till den ljusa fyllda lägenheten. Vårt historiska, vänliga stadsdel ligger nära all vår livliga stad har att erbjuda. Vårt grannskap erbjuder kaféer, restauranger, butiker, en park, lekplats, historiskt skulpturmuseum, cykelvägar, tillgång till transitering och vacker historisk arkitektur. Vi är drygt en mil från University of Texas och drygt två mil från centrala Austin.

Vår lägenhet med ett sovrum har trägolv, stora träfönster och en tankeväckande rekreation av hantverkaren i vårt 112-åriga hem. Vi köpte och renoverade huvudbyggnaden från och med 2007 och lägger till garage och gästlägenhet 2018.

Vi har ett fordon tillgängligt att hyra via Turo om du behöver en bil medan du besöker Austin.

Perfect

I spent a week in Austin and was fortunate enough to rent the perfect garage apartment in the perfect location. Hyde Park. It is so lovely and close to everything I needed. Lots of great restaurants. Sparkling clean. Charming. I hope to stay there again.

Close, quaint and clean

We came in for UT Family weekend and this place was perfect. The host added some very thoughtful amenities from makeup remover packets (I forgot mine) to small snacks that helped us kick the hangry moments in between running around town. We are coffee people and I have to share that the espresso and small coffee pot was a delightful addition to our stay! This may have to become our home away from home for visiting our kids.

Hyde Park Local Stay

Spent a week in this sweet apartment in the heart of Hyde Park. Managed by onsite locals, it provided everything I needed and more such as plenty of coffee makers in case one didn't work. The "extras" were 5 star, such as Aveda products for the bath in case you forgot your own. It was quiet, private, charming, and well-located. The owners were helpful, even providing a covered spot to lock my bike. I would most definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful!

We were pleasantly surprised! We were having trouble finding a place to stay due to the COTA races and came across this little gem. We loved it! The finishes were perfect, bed super comfy and everything was very clean! We will definitely book here for our next trip to Austin.

We arrived around 5 PM and they had already turned the thermostat down for a cool stay. The place was immaculate and very cute. It had everything we needed and convenient to fraternity house. We love Hyde park neighborhood and stay there every time we come I would definitely stay here again thank you!

Very comfortable and great location!

The pictures don’t do justice of how charming this place is. The location was close to many attractions and neighborhood was nice and quiet. Very clean and has many amenities to make the stay very comfortable. Would stay again!

Perfect Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our favorite neighborhood in the 70's when we lived there and still is. The apartment is cozy and had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning.

Visiting daughter at UT of Austin.

This was an excellent location! Cute and quite neighborhood offered convenience to walk to local eateries. It was a short 2 mile walk to campus which was worth avoiding traffic and parking challenges during the events we attended at UT. The owners were extremely responsive, easy to communicate with and always one step ahead of things I would need for our stay. I would highly recommend and personally stay here again.

Awesome place!

Wonderful place- immaculately clean and well thought out to have everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we found plenty of off-street parking during our stay. The host was very quick to respond and was even able to accommodate an early check-in after a long day of travel. My husband found the bed to be a bit hard for his liking but otherwise we have nothing but good things to say about the place.

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Austin Hyde Park (and we’ve stayed at a lot of them). Great, great location and a wonderful comfortable apartment. Nice towels by the way.
