This bright and airy home offers space and tranquillity with its own South facing private pool. This is a home from home with all the amenities you could want/need. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The modern decorated living space offers comfortable seating and a space where all the family can relax and hang out. There is direct access to the pool and deck. The deck benefits from an oversized lanai, with no rear facing neighbours. The open plan space gives access to all areas.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to have breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day and/or to cook your evening meal at night. Fill the fridge with drinks and snacks for all the family. There are all the appliances and utensils that you could possibly need. There is a breakfast nook just off the kitchen with a more formal dining space just off the living space.
Outside you have your own private South facing pool. You can relax in and around the pool. Plenty of seating and loungers are provided. There is an oversized lanai and a space for al fresco dining. With no rear facing neighbours your space is private.

Bedroom 1: Master King sized bedroom with ensuite (separate bath & shower); there is access to the lanai from this bathroom.
