Great Place to Get Away

I was very happy with the extra sanitation and safety measures that were put in place at the cabin and throughout the resort. This allowed us to enjoy ourselves and not have to worry about COVID. The property managers were wonderful! The BB only thing I would say is that my phone didn’t get any reception and had a hard time staying connected to WiFi. I decided that this was actually a very good thing. It forced me to take a break from work!

Amazing views

The views from the property were amazing and we loved the fireplace and hot tub! We booked for those reasons so overall we were satisfied. The reason I could not give a 5 star was that the door code did not work and we already had to wait to check in due to snow and impassable roads. So, we sat outside in our car waiting to get ahold of someone to get a new code. A few things could be updated - knives in kitchen, some additional glassware, etc.. The outlets near sink in the master bath and half bath did not work. There was no hair dryer (I did not check amenity list since this is almost always included). Note if there is inclement weather the drive up the narrow and steep road to this cabin is not for the faint of heart!

Amazing views

My husband, mother, and 10 yr old son stayed here and loved it. Just the right size. My son was thrilled with "his" room that had the best views and a pool table. The upstairs bed did feel a little worn with a rut in the middle and it was pretty warm in the afternoon if you left the blinds up and the fans off but we could adapt for the views. Oh, and there were no coffee filters for the machine. As long as you are prepared, it works.

Long weekend get away

We loved it! This property has amazing views! We were very comfortable here and would definitely rent again. The only two issues we had were the mattresses need to be replaced. You sink to the middle. The other is the temperature on the hot tub is way off! It says 101 but we couldn't get in because it was so hot. We turned it down to 97 and it was better. All that being said we really enjoyed our time.

Nice place

The online images accurately reflect this cabin. It was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Our only recommendation would be to have more glassware, and maybe a few more dishes and silverware. Our family of five could barely get two meals w/o running dishwasher.

A Perfect Peace

We recently spent the weekend in this amazing cabin, the views were breathtaking, the ammenities were outstanding. I hope others enjoy sitting on the deck watching the sun rise over the mountains as much as my family did

Spectacular

My boyfriend and I went up to the Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge area for my 50th birthday. The cabin was beautiful and the view spectacular. We went out every day and came back tired but ready to relax. The view at night from the hot tub can’t be beat. We watched football late on a Saturday night on the big screen in the living room and had the fireplace going. Perfect way to end the day. We will be going back very soon

Cabin in the clouds

I stayed in this cabin in December with a small friend group. We were surprised how cute Brother's Cove was (very steep to drive up though). The cabin was pleasant, peaceful, sizely and comfortable.

Great view nice and clean

Beautiful house, great view, very clean. We loved the house, natural retreats xplore concierge was worthless though. We tried to get info or suggestions on things to do outdoors like rafting, zip lining etc. They had no opinion or suggestions on different companies to try. In my opinion if you call yourself a concierge then you should have tried and have a suggestion of companies to try. All we got was no help we were left to try out on our own. The only other thing is that check in was after 4 pm and the office closes at 6 pm it doesn’t give you very much time to catch someone there. That was the only bad things I could say about the property. The pool is very nice and the view from the gazebo is amazing. We really loved the house, fireplaces in both bedrooms and living room. Rustic but not dingy and dirty. Very clean we will definitely be back

Not what we expected

The only thing that was great about Perfect Peace #46 was the view. The pictures online were obviously taken a while ago because the finish on all the outdoor furniture and deck was peeling off. There was a pool table and no pool cue to be able to play. The wood we purchased would not stay lit even with using fire starting sticks. Our daughter was in the hot tub when an older gentleman came walking up from the woods he did not identify himself as a worker for the property. There was a coffee maker with no filters provided. The instructions for how to work the electronics were not user friendly or helpful at all.

Visited In June. Best View In this Resort.

I have stayed at Brothers Cove 4 times. This cabin has the best view and privacy. Like the lay out of the cabin. Had problem with upstairs stayed warm because 3 of the AC vents wound not blow air. Called the office the first mourning, they sent up maintenance man who said they will have to get AC man to look at it. I got a call a few mins later from the office advising that AC man would be there that afternoon. Stayed 2 more days and no AC person showed up that I'm aware of and problem was not fixed.

PERFECT sums it up!!!!

My family of 4 just returned home from our trip to Pigeon Forge. We had a great time and absolutely loved our cabin Perfect Peace. The view was beautiful and very relaxing. The cabin was perfect for our family, it was very clean and had all the amenities we needed/wanted. The location was perfect in that you could get into town fairly quickly and easily. We will definitely be going back to Brother's Cove area as the staff was very accommodating, friendly and the gated area added Peace of mind!!!
