Heated Private pool, spacious gameroom with five king bedrooms.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to downtown Gatlinburg from this spacious house located 1.5 miles from the strip. You will have your own seasonal heated private pool, hot tub, and game room to have hours of fun without ever leaving!
The kitchen is equipped with a chef's double oven with plenty of seating for the entire group. The house has 2 living rooms and 2 sleeper sofas. It also has a kid's area with an additional twin over full bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own king bed with new memory foam mattresses. This property is great for groups and families!

When booking this home, you will be provided a starter pack of supplies. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, a small bottle of dish soap, 2 laundry pods, travel sized shampoo and body wash, 2 trash bags, and a pack of coffee. The coffee maker is a standard drip coffee maker if you would like to bring your favorite brand. All additional supplies needed will be the guest's responsibility.
We also provide towels for showering. If you would like additional towels for the pool and hot tub, please bring your own.

Where do I begin this house is huge and has plenty of space for a family lots of entertainment areas.the game room was a hit with the kids neighborhood was quite kitchen was big and beautiful the hosts were very nice and replied quickly we would stay here again and again

The house was as expected. It gave everyone what they needed. Everyone wanted to bring the kitchen stove home. The game room was a hit. The bubble hockey game will probably be in are grandson’s future. The pool was used everyday. The hot tub was used but something happened the third night and it stopped heating. But we used the pool, The master suit being down stairs was excellent choice. Some decided to stay at house and some adventured out.

Huge house

The house is large and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the game room and the kitchen/stove were both large and nice. The deck was good size and the hot tub was also a big hit (it was too cold for us to use the pool). The overall house cleanliness was average at best. The TVs were confusing and the heat/AC always seemed to be a struggle.

Spacious and a great location ...

We had 10 family members stay at this location and it was a wonderful experience. The game room was a big hit for the kids and adults as well as the hot tub. The communication with the owners was excellent and I would highly recommend staying here.

Great house

This is a great house for a large multi family vacation. Very large with plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating for morning coffee and even had a bear come on the property two separate times that we saw. Great location. Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would definitely recommend.

Birthday Weekend

Great stay for family reunion

Had a great stay with family that drove in from various locations. Centrally located to downtown Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountain park. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to go around. Great commutation with owners, fixed the few problems we had very fast. Game room was fun and used by everyone, big kitchen with lots of seating which was excellent.

Family vacation

Huge open area for family to gather for meals and fun. Game room was great. Water pressure was an issue and we were unable to get into the house at 4 as they were still cleaning it. We did have a great vacation overall!

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful time, and plan to be back. Place was HUGE so much space for our family to spread out and enjoy our time without having to be on top of each other. Super close to downtown, food close by, and easy to find! Host was easy to contact and timely with responses. Warning: when they say beware of bears, they aren’t kidding! We saw so many (which we enjoyed and got us a lot of excited) and even one in my van! Lock your doors! Enjoyable trip.

Amazing

We had a wonderful stay. We loved that all the rooms are big and all the beds are comfortable which makes it easy to share with a big family. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room! Location was perfect for getting into the Smokies for hiking and getting to Dollywood without much traffic. Be sure to pack your own pool towels if you plan to hit the waterpark in the summer or don't want to use your bath towels for the hot tub/pool at the house.

Very big for families

We enjoyed our stay. We were only about 2 miles from the main strip in gatlinburg. Pretty quiet neighborhood and had lots to do for every age to enjoy. I will say the master bedroom on the first floor doesn’t heat as well as the rest of the house. They do provide heaters in the room as well as a fireplace to keep warm. Our family had a blast and overall we would recommend staying.

Stay wasn't good

It was a big cabin but the hot tub kept throwing the breaker could not enjoy it and it and the pool was dirty.

Hi, Our names are Dan and Jenna. We were born and raised in East Tennessee and have always loved Gatlinburg and The Smoky Mountains! We have been married for 19 years and have four children. We enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family! Our daughters play volleyball, so we spend most of our afternoons watching them play! We love to go to Gatlinburg and eat at our favorite restaurants and enjoy the beautiful mountains.

We own long term rentals and decided to venture into the short term rental market. After a very short time as hosts, we decided to continue to grow our business in Gatlinburg. We love being hosts and enjoy interacting with our guests. We know as a family with multiple children how important vacations are and strive for all of our guests to have a wonderful experience in Gatlinburg.

This property is 1.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg but you still get to be in the woods. The house has a gross square footage of over 5,700 square feet. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out or multiple rooms large enough to handle the whole group.
