**Hurricane Milton Update**

While Hurricane Milton affected the area on October 9th, we were fortunate to experience no direct impact. We understand that the condition of the island and the availability of restaurants, shops, and amenities are an important part of your vacation experience. That’s why we aim to provide you with the most current, transparent information available.

Palm Haven is a beautifully renovated, brand-new condo designed to give you everything you need to enjoy your stay. It’s within walking distance of the beach as well as reopened local favorites like the Provision Store, RC Otters, Green Flash, Captiva Pizza, The Beach Store, and The Island Store. Betty Boop’s has already reopened, and the Bubble Room should be ready in the beginning of 2025. A bit further but still accessible by foot or a short golf cart ride, The Shipyard, Crow’s Nest, and Old Captiva House are also open. Mucky Ducks may remain closed, though we’ve heard they’re working to reopen. Nearby Rosalita’s is open and just a short drive away, while Sanibel offers additional dining options. A popular recommendation is the Lady Chadwick boat tour to Cabbage Key and/or Useppa, which is also back in operation.

The beach is open as well our amenities! This includes the pool, the grill and the washer & dryer. However, the elevator may still be under repair due to ongoing permit and parts processes. Please check in with us on any updates regarding the elevator.

Please note, there may be construction going on in the area during your stay due to back to back hurricanes. South Sea's is currently building their new lazy river in front of the building. Please reach out to us if you have questions regarding the current state of the area.

Sleep in ultimate comfort at Palm Haven. This condo professionally laundered luxury linens and triple-sheeted beds. The master bedroom has the ultimate luxury bedding with a top-of-the-line high-end mattress. The bed is designed to provide a cool, comfortable, and cozy night's sleep. The bedroom has a smart TV with cable, so you can watch the news or the game or log in to your favorite streaming service.

For those who love to cook, the full kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, complimenting finishes, and beautiful quartz countertops and comes fully equipped for your vacation needs. The condo includes both a Keurig and a drip coffee machine to suit your morning preference. Some of the kitchen appliances you will find in the condo are a dishwasher, blender, and a toaster.

A designer plush sleeper sofa is perfect for a relaxing movie night or to watch the game on the smart flat-screen TV. A queen bed pulls out to accomodate a third and fourth guest. The dining areas, including a kitchen island with wicker stools for 4, and outdoor seating, are a great option for finding the perfect spot to enjoy your meal while on vacation.

Grill up some steak or seafood while lounging in the pool located right next to your unit or sip a cocktail under the umbrella beachside. The beach is located across the street in front of the Beach Villas, roughly a ten-minute walk from the condo.

The newly remodeled bathroom is equipped with a shower/bath hybrid to please the wants or needs of everyone and is great for those of you with children.

The condo is managed by Blue Coastal Vacation Rentals. Blue Coastal takes pride in keeping the condo meticulously clean and providing 5-star customer service. Blue Coastal is located on Andy Rosse Lane and is within walking distance of the condo. We feel confident you will be provided with the utmost service. When you rent a place it should look and feel more fabulous in person and your experience should be seamless and serene. Blue Coastal is available during the week and 24/7 for emergencies.

You will have access to the entire condo, heated pool, boardwalk to the beach, outdoor shower, community grills, and community laundry facilities.

You will check in using a smart lock which we provide a password to before your stay. In the unfortunate case that something goes wrong or if you need anything we are on the islands and are just a quick phone call away.

The hotel pool and restaurants located on the other side of South Seas are for hotel guests only. The hotel also provides chair and towel service. This service is for guests of the hotel only. This condo is individually owned. There is a pool and of course, the beach located right in front of the condo for your use as well as towels, chairs and umbrellas in the unit for your use.
