Open the sliders to let the tropical breeze in while you enjoy your morning coffee and or dinner at the dining table with seating for four total. Or choose to enjoy those things outside on the waterfront lanai where you can relax and enjoy the calming waters and view the abundance of wildlife. The master bedroom ensuite features a large comfortable king bed and a smart TV capable of streaming all of your favorite TV shows. You will find the laundry room equipped with both a washing machine and a clothes dryer.

Since this is a privately managed townhome you do not have access to the South Seas Resort amenities, but you do have access to a large, heated pool, high-speed Wi-Fi, and outdoor grills. The beach is just a short walk away from the Bayside Villas.
