The Space
The clean, open, modern studio features a king bed, walk-in shower, couch, and small dining table – the perfect getaway for two! The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, stovetop, air fryer, toaster, and a well-stocked coffee maker. This studio is the bottom unit located at the back of the property.

Guest Access
Guests will have the private unit and a screened front porch all to themselves. Access to on-site laundry facilities available upon request. Guests do NOT have access to the pool on the property, that is for the main house guests.

No smoking in the unit. Fee will be enforced. Smoking allowed outside and on patio.
