Juli 2018 - Helt ny ombyggnad av 485 kvadratmeter utrymmet ovanför mitt garage. Jag är 5-stjärnigt Superhost med mitt huvudhus. Nytt för HomeAway.

Öppna de mörka cellulära nyanserna och känna hängande bland träden. Detta studioloftutrymme har nyligen renoverats, vilket utnyttjar utrymmet utmärkt med ett elegant helt nytt badrum, eleganta möbler och slaktbänkskivor på en lugn ändgata. Fronthuset ligger direkt på Ladybird Lake vandrings- och cykelleder, exakt 1 mil öster om I35 / centrum. 1 kvarter från restaurangen Launderette och bara några kvarter från otaliga fantastiska East Austin-barer och restauranger. Detta är en livsmedelsdröm, bara en snabb promenad till de bästa East Austin-restaurangerna och de bästa frukost-tacosna i hela Austin. Paddleboards och kajaker kan hyras tvärs över gatan. Expeditionsskolan direkt framför huset hyr kajaker och Stand Up Paddle Boards. Kontrollera för driftstimmar som varierar.

Great Spot!

The location was nestled in East Austin right by a walking trail and fun restaurants. The communication was great and the place was nice and also clean. Definitely recommend!

This spot is close to eveything downtown and south Austin has to offer! Great local bars in walking distance. Room was clean, bright, and comfortable. Thank you for letting us enjoy your space!

Great place to stay!

We loved this cute bungalow. Would definitely book it again if we return to Austin. Sarah includes all of the essential items plus there was tea and coffee for the morning. The location is close to downtown and was about a 10 min (if that) uber ride away. The neighborhood was quiet and would say trendy, and up and coming.

Stay around Lady Bird Lake

Home was adorable. Sarah was a great host and very helpful in finding paddleboard rentals . Her suggestions of where to go on the paddleboards made the trip amazing.

Quick get-away from the city

We had a blast downtown listening to music and having good food. When we were all done we just popped right over and enjoyed a nice stay in the loft. Loved it.

Long-time Austin musician & 6th generation Texan. My band plays the early show at Elephant Room every Thursday. Jazz, Americana + Singer/Songwriter, in the vein of Norah Jones.

Location, location, location. I am an enthusiastic local guide, especially for live music, as I've been a member of the music community for many years. Our block is a dead end, surrounded by the park and the lake. very quiet at night. The trail out front is a 10-mile loop. Between our house and the lake is only park land with baseball fields. In the winter when the trees are bare, we have panoramic views of the water.

The neighborhood overflows with exciting new foodie restaurants, bars, and some of the best food trailers in Austin. Walk 1 mile to the Rainey Street district.

I do everything I can to keep the energy of my home & guest house peaceful, warm and inspiring.

Getting around is easy. We are a very inexpensive Uber, Lyft to downtown, SOCO, Barton Springs, etc. There are plenty of scooters and bikes to rent in our neighborhood as well.
