Bara några minuter från den trendiga nya Mueller-utvecklingen och en snabb 15-minuters bilresa till centrum är detta hem bokstavligen det bästa av båda världarna - tillräckligt nära till alla aktiviteter, men ligger i ett lugnt, naturskönt område omgiven av träd och ekar med brummen av cikader.

En vass, härdad glas glidavdelning skiljer vardagsrummet från ett svalt, ombyggt håravstånd. De stora köksskåpen är dansk oljad ek. Bänkskivor är avfasade rosgranit. Båda baden har specialdesignade tegelplattor, fåfängar med höga ändar och fixturer.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable, dog friendly abode.

Nice, comfortable house, clean and friendly neighborhood, easy access to freeways (being on the outskirts of the city), and a great backyard for dogs. All and all a wonderful place to stay.

Austin visit

This property was so fun to stay at. Easy to get to, fenced back yard, bed was comfortable and neighborhood was convenient. Would highly recommend this home and this host!

Great place close to everything

This is a great little house located in a cute neighborhood close to shopping and downtown. 10 to 15 minutes from Austin’s amazing downtown food and music scene and 2 minutes to the grocery store if you are looking to eat in. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to suit our needs during our stay.

Great Stay for Work and Play

Great Stay

I've been to this location twice now and both times it was excellent. It's very clean, bed are comfortable, sheets soft and well stocked for an extended stay. Communication was superior. I'd definitely stay again.

Wonderful !!

Christina was amazing and very attentive to our needs and requests. It was a wonderful spot and perfect for our trip to move my daughter home from college for the summer. Easy access to all main roadways and a lovely quiet neighborhood to decompress in after a busy day. Home was stocked with all our needs. Would definitely stay again !!

Comfortable house in attractive suburban area in East Austin.

House was spacious and generally well-equipped, but could really use more utensils, serving spoons and holders for toilet paper. Overall very good stay.

Great house in University Hills

Nice, clean and modest sized house in University Hills. 2 beds, 2 baths - very comfortable for me and my brother. Big back yard. Quiet neighborhood. It's about 15 minutes to downtown area. Would recommend.

Uni Hills Gem

My wife and I stayed at this lovely house for three weeks to visit our new grandson. The house was perfect for our needs -- comfortable, well-stocked, and with reliable A/C, which was critical during the record-setting heatwave. Spencer and Christina were great to deal with, before, during and at the end of the stay. If East Austin is the right neighborhood for you (and it's easy to get downtown and, especially, to Mueller from here) this is a great home.

Just okay

The space is adequate and it's a quiet neighbourhood. Christina was responsive to our requests and is overall welcoming and caring. However, there were a few annoying features like: -- Dishwasher upper rack was broken --Headboard in the guest bedroom was broken -- There were minimal dishes and utensils when we arrived, but Christina brought a few. -- The floors were vacuumed but not washed for a long time. We always remove street shoes in the house and our socks turned black within a couple of hours of arrival -- Some bathroom fixtures are awkward and cheap -- Some decorative items that you see in the photos were missing The unit is okay, but not more than that.

Great location close to everything!

The house was perfect! It was clean, but smelled a little musty (like it had been closed up for a while). No big. There was a candle and lots of ceiling fans to circulate the air. It was so close to everything we wanted to do. All of our drives were 10-20 min. It was a super quiet neighborhood which was super nice after a day of hustle bustle downtown. We loved sitting out on the patio and eating breakfast one day. We couldn't get either coffee maker to work (totally could have been operator error...and we did not contact owner). It just gave us a reason to try all the 3,000 local coffee shops...which I'm not complaining about! They were SOOOO good! The only other reason I gave 3 stars for accuracy of online listing was (admittedly lame on my part) that the decor wasn't like the photos. It was a little more sparse than pictured, but the beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed. Great stay overall for our 4th annual sister trip.
