4 days in Montreal

Great stay at this well appointed 2 BR apartment in a charming neighborhood of Old Montreal. Nice living space and hang out space and nice bedrooms and bathroom. Full kitchen with all the cooking equipment and supplies necessary. I would strongly recommend.

Luxury and comfort in the heart of the city!

We had a lovely time staying at this location. In spite of the minor inconvenience of the elevator being out of service, this loft apartment was perfect for our party of six. The place was very clean and spacious. We would definitely come back and stay here in the future.

A very good property

We made our first trip to Montreal. This apartment was the perfect spot to enjoy a great city. The apartment is clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and included a full size washer and dryer. The location was perfect- 2 minutes from Notre Dame. Old Town and the waterfront was an easy 5 minute walk. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars. The host was great. Highly recommend!

Great Spot

Al - the host was great. Good communication. It was obvious that Al takes pride in his property. The property is a 2 bedroom condo. It was listed as a 3 bedroom with a note in the description that the bunk bed in the living room is being counted as the third bedroom. I made the reservation at 5 pm the day before my flight to Montreal. We enjoyed the location. Old Montreal is beautiful with great restaurants and shops in walking distance. Thank you Al. My review of VRBO for this trip is very different. I booked a different condo in July of 2023 at which time I made a full payment. My check-in day was a Thursday in early June 2024. The Wednesday before I was to check-in I reached out to the host. The host which I had paid almost a year earlier responded and said that the property was no longer available and to contact VRBO. I promptly called VRBO who promised a call from their special department that handled rebooking. I waited until almost 5 pm the day before my flight and never received a call. At that time I called VRBO again and they said they would refund my original booking. They told me I could book something new on my own. My original booking was refunded at a loss because of the exchange rate. A similar property was now over $2500 more expensive. VRBO has been terrible to work with. They promised a small reimbursement for the difference in cost which was over three weeks ago and there has been zero communication from VRBO.

Great Place

I would highly recommend this place. Wonderful location. Very clean. It is within walking distance to the Old Port, shopping and restaurants. Our host, Al was very responsive and pleasant. We had a great time and would definitely come back.
