1 Bedroom full apartment close to Ocean Park Beach and Calle Loiza in the heart of Santurce. this is a practical place with all you need without luxuries. can accomodate 3 people and is Located in one of San Juan / Santurce most centric area, just walking distance to the well known Ocean Park Beach and all restaurants. very accessible just 7 minutes from San Juan Airport and 10 minutes to Old San Juan historic area. is a two stories familiy house where the apartment is at the first floor and is located at a residential street where most short rental houses are located. it can hold up to 3 people , it have 3 beds a full kitchen, a full bathroom and a full living room, small balcony and a parking garage for 1 car. it is attended personally by me the owner. it is oriented for who wants to tourist in the island and wants a safe and practical place to stay. here i will attend you personally and answer all your question about your trip or any advice you will need about the island!

I'm a professional pianist , producer musicians and educator. i'm also a electrician and my hobbie is surfing I have been a host in the short term business for seven years!. i attend myself this property and i put a %100 in details and make you feel comfortable and safe in my property!

i have been living here for 48 years every neighbor knows me! my area had become very touristic and the center of short-terms rentals in San Juan because the convenience of this location with a lot of amenities restaurants the beach at walking distance and the easy access to other places in San Juan .
everything is walking distance. we have the beautiful ocean park beach just at the end of the block. a lot of restaurants and many other activities , also we have easy access to the highway so if you rent car is very easy and fast to get to any bound.
