The host was amazing, always communicating with us to make sure our needs was met! Went out of their way to make us even more comfortable. The pool was nice had it to ourselves every night. It was close to the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Would recommend this place 1000000000x. We loved it here.

Great location!

This cute apartment is located right in the middle of an area away from the hecticness but still close enough to all the action. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and everything further is just a short uber ride. Best part is the proximity to the beach! The hosts were very polite and even when there was a small inconvenience they reached out and made sure we were taken care of. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying a long weekend!

Great location, Cute place and so much to love.

I absolutely adored this place it was perfect for me and my fiancĂ©. It isn’t huge but it has everything 2 people could possibly need. There wasn’t anything I was without, they had it all there. The only thing I could say gave us alittle problem was that I was unable change the temperature of the Ac. I would have liked it to be colder but i wouldn’t say that was a huge problem. I would definitely stay there again. Also the pool was a huge plus. It Was empty most days, had the entire pool to ourselves. Location was everything!! Close to so much, Ubers were insanely affordable. Definitely recommend for a couple or 2 people.

Excellent location with parking

The location in San Juan is excellent and just off a beautiful beach. We loved having a secure dedicated parking space. We didn't use the pool but it is very nice and well maintained. The overall space is a bit tight but more than adequate since your mostly just sleeping there. Also, it is walking distance to our favorite restaurant, Bebo's! Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy apartment

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and cozy. The beach was close and we walked to a couple of restaurants that were great. It was nice having the pool there as well. Nice place to stay for 2 adults or a family with young children. Everything was great!

Location location location

The property was well centralized, clean, and convenient in San Juan. We rented a car and we’re able to park within the gated community and the condo is private access. The location is close to the beach, casinos, restaurants, and night life. Great place for a getaway!

Beautifully located

The appointment is all you need for the location you at. The beach is just around the corner. Owner very kind and helpful. We had a great time and wonderful vacation in Puerto Rico!

Blackout

It started well, easy to find and follow directions. Then PR had a blackout for 3 days, not once did I hear from the owners, we had to leave and stay at a hotel elsewhere for the remainder of our stay 2.5 days three times the price and we finally hear from owners to make sure we checked out. Not a bit concerned about us. Not even an offer to reimburse us for the two days we couldn’t stay in the property.

Great Location

One block walk to beach. Great location for Uber pick ups to San Juan or going east away from OSJ. Very walkable with plenty of restaurants. 24 hour store nearby. Very nice neighborhood.

Good location

Property was in a good location (1 block to the beach, short walk to cafes, hotel zone, and La Placita). Biggest inconvenience was wifi did not connect during our stay and the shower temp takes a while to heat up. Two things this unit can benefit from is a full length mirror and hooks on the bathroom door to hang towels.

This condo was bought to enjoy the beach, be close to fine dining, shopping and night life. We like the fact that it is just minutes from Condado and Old San Juan. Calle Loiza, is just a block away and offers pubs, local restaurants and live music with a nice mix of locals and tourists alike!

The condo is cozy yet very comfortable and has a rustic feel to it. It is very accessible to all the amenities and outdoor activities a tropical island can offer.
