CS6- Open Space Colonial Studio -Sleeps 2

Casa Sagrado is a brand new property centrally located in Santurce. It is an older Colonial-Spanish home which was completely remodeled and updated into several units-4 two-bedrooms, 2 one-bedrooms and 2 studios; so if you have a large group you could rent several units and all stay in one location. Original Spanish Tiles were preserved wherever possible, and the property has grand archways and high ceilings that date back to when the house was originally built.

Beautiful and in a great area.

This place made our girls trip amazing! It’s small, but if you’re planning on being out of the house most of your trip, it’s a great place to come back to. There’s a stove and microwave and fridge and freezer.

Perfect couples getaway

Casa Sagrado was perfect for a couples retreat, close to old San Juan and the amazing connectivity to highways with parking space. Excellent food and activity recommendations from the host. The room we stayed is perfect for two with minimal luggage.

Everything you need at a convenient location

Easy access to major attractions. Close to the expressway and the airport. Close to good local restaurants and entertainment (La Casita Blanca and la placita de Santurce) free parking. Nice amenities and a clean room. Good communication with the owner. I will return.

First time in Puerto Rico

Had a very fun trip to Puerto Rico with my sister. We enjoyed the proximity that we had to most of the locations we wanted to visit. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. The only thing that we had issues way was the noise. Lots of construction going on around the area so you might lose a bit of time trying to sleep, so just keep that in mind.

Good stay at a good price

I really enjoyed my stay! Newly remodeled unit. Has everything needed for a stay ( microwave, TV, fridge, stove, sink, towels, etc.). The owner left beer and water in the refrigerator- Thanks! The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is ok, but wouldn’t recommend walking around after dark. (Unfortunately, that’s most places for women.) The owner is very nice and provides great customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

Small but worth it

Great place. We didnt realize but big emphasis on ONE ROOM ONLY. its a studio essentially but nonetheless it was great, we werent there much as we were out exploring but its super close to everything the neighborhood can seem quite intimidating but everyone is so welcoming and you have good food within walking distance. They were so helpful and sent many recommendations on where to eat. Nonetheless no complaints it was a great stay!

Great property!

Let me start by saying this place was awesome. The location was great. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. The only issue we had was the shower. If you are tall or heavy it's not going to be a good time. Totally should not be a deal breaker. For the price and location it's a small compromise but it is smaller than it looks in the pics.

Cozy spot in the center of PR

Very clean with a nice balcony area, a little small but it has everything you need for a smooth trip. Location was in between most of our planned activities. Windows are mostly screens with metal shudders so sound does not get blocked out very well. During our visit we came home to an outdoor graduation from a university located in the backyard. Host is very responsive and accommodating. He provided us with great food spots and ideas during our trip. I would stay here again.

Lots of loud street noises and other guests before 7 am on Saturday. Nothing in the "efficiency" apartment, not even ice. And there is a sign posted in the kitchen that you must wash your dishes BEFORE you use them. No coffee.

We spent 5 days in San Juan and this location and property were perfect. It's the perfect little apartment for two. We had everything we needed...a comfortable bed, refrigerator/freezer, stove, and a hot shower with the perfect water pressure. Everything the host said would be provided, was exactly as promised. Seamless check in/check out. A nice balcony to relax in the evening. The neighborhood is located within walking distance of stores and restaurants. We rented a car to get to the different, beautiful beaches, but did a lot of walking otherwise during the day and in the evening. We will definitely return to stay here our next visit! Giancarlo was responsive, thorough and kind from the moment we booked online until the very end of our trip. PS Would love for him to consider adding a hot tub somewhere on the property to soak and relax after exploring the island :-)

What you see is what you get

This was my second trip to PR
. As always I loved it. This was my first time staying Vrbo in PR it was Great !!! My accommodations was exactly what’s the title says. It was a basic in nature very very clean , ( both private and public areas)hot water and friendly management
.. arrival/check in with very clear and made everything much easier as I was coming in in the middle of the night. I have some concerns about my bill not being correct voiced them to the owner and was told that they will be corrected it and I have no doubt that they will . The only thing is you have to catch it Uber everywhere you go. Nothing is in direct walking distance outside of that. This was a perfect trip. As I told the owner my next trip to Puerto Rico I definitely will use this property again.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The property was clean, updated, and comfortable, especially the room we booked—even though it was on the smaller side, it was well-kept and cozy. The place was nice and had what we needed.There were a couple of inconveniences: the WiFi password provided was incorrect for the first few days, and the manager wouldn’t allow a late checkout without charging a fee. There are also quite a few strict rules with monetary penalties listed, which felt a bit excessive.That said, the cleanliness and upkeep of the property stood out, and it made for a nice stay despite the minor issues.
