Welcome to our modern 3-bedroom mountain home in Sandy! Relax in a serene setting with stunning sunset views. Perfect for skiers, snowboarders, and outdoor enthusiasts, we’re just 20 minutes from Snowbird and Alta. Unwind by the cozy fireplace, in our home gym, or in the shared hot tub overlooking the mountains. Enjoy a designated office space and a spacious layout. Centrally located, you’re just minutes from hiking, downtown Salt Lake City, and Park City. Experience comfort and convenience!


During your stay, you can text or email the property manager.  Contact information will be provided after booking.

-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.

-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Three separate outdoor deck areas overlook a stunning mountain view, complete with Adirondack chairs and a hot tub. These outdoor spaces, including the hot tub, are shared with the other unit. The hot tub is seasonal and operates from October through the end of May.

FIRST FLOOR LIVING:
A 75-inch Smart TV with streaming apps for guests to log into, complete with a cozy indoor gas fireplace (seasonal) and a large, comfortable couch.

LAUNDRY ROOM AND GYM:
A high-end washer/dryer combo machine is located in our home gym. Need to stretch out after a day on the slopes or squeeze in a quick workout before dinner downtown? Our gym includes three yoga mats, towels, a yoga ball, and a kettlebell.

KITCHEN:
A fully stocked kitchen with a table that seats four people and three additional barstools for gathering around the counter.

OFFICE:
Need to squeeze in a Zoom call or catch up on some emails while on vacation? No problem! Our spacious office features a large desk, a comfortable office chair, two monitors, and the option to convert the desk into a standing desk.

GENERAL:
Central air conditioning, plenty of outdoor space, free on-site parking, complimentary toiletries, towels/linens, a laundry room, a Pack 'n Play, and a walk-in closet in the primary bedroom.

Two driveway spaces and one on-street parking space.

🌊 Shared hot tub and patios are available on a first-come, first-serve basis (similar to a hotel setting).
