Recently updated 3-bedroom rambler. 9 miles to Snowbird and Alta Ski Resorts, 30 minutes to Brighton and Solitude Ski Resorts.

The updates include fresh paint, all new flooring (carpet, lvp wood, tile), new counter tops and all new kitchen appliances.

The house has a full kitchen, living room with a faux fireplace, dining room, master bedroom with a private bathroom, two guest bedrooms that share a main bath.

Close to grocery stores and restaurants.
25 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City.
Close to Bus service to ski resorts.

A 5-minute drive puts you at the mouth of the canyon on your way to Snowbird and Alta ski resorts. A few miles farther drive, and you'll be at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon home to Solitude and skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and more! The resorts of Park City are only 30 minutes away via I-215 and I-80.

The house is in an ideal location for you to enjoy everything the canyons have to offer.

Lovely stay

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay! Home was so clean and beds very comfortable. Well stocked with necessities and bonus to have laundry facilities during our ski trip. Easy access to ski resorts. Great communication! Would stay here again!

Great location for skiing Little Cottonwood Canyon

This property is a great location for skiing at Alta and Snowbird in Little Cottonwood Canyon. If you manager to miss the traffic, it's less than 20 minutes to Snowbird. The house is basic but comfortable and functional.

Great home base for ski trip

This is an older house that has been updated. It was nicely furnished and supplied with the things you would expect from a vacation rental. It isn't a ritzy 5-start resort hotel, but it was everything I wanted for my ski trip. I think they will do further renovations, so it will probably be even nicer in the future.

Ideal spot for skiers/boarders

My husband, adult daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless; all rooms and surfaces sparkly clean. It was very well stocked with everything a person would want or need (and some things you hopefully won’t need, such as a cute ironing board). Very quick drive to the bus stops and mountains. We’ll be back.

This rental property was one of the cleanest and most comfortable vacation properties we have ever stayed in. For the two of us, it was exactly what we needed. The property manager responded promptly to all of our questions. Having a garage to park in was a great feature of the property and getting the entire house to ourselves was also very important to us. When we return to SLC, we will definitely check the availability of this property first.

5 Star Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Sandy, UT, as we gathered to celebrate my daughter’s wedding and the coming together of two families. This home truly felt like a home away from home—comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for such a special occasion. The property is beautiful, with great Mountain View’s. The beds were incredibly comfortable, helping us rest and recharge during a joyful but busy week. Communication with the host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and kind every step of the way. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to everything you could need—shopping, great food, or even a relaxing spa day. We’re so grateful to have found such a lovely space to make lasting memories!

Second Stay Here

This is my second stay here and everything was great. The property is very clean and beds were comfortable. And the location is hard to beat. Same as last year, my only suggestion would be to add a carbon monoxide detector in the hallway outside the bedrooms.

Perfect for a senior skier and a couple friends

Had a fabulous time staying at this house, which was recommended by a friend who booked it last spring for a family ski trip. Having an empty garage is a major bonus. Especially on a day that it snowed in the city, as well as at the ski resorts. Having Smith's close by was very handy.

Beautiful house and wonderful stay.

This might possibly be the cleanest house I've stayed in! It was great having so much room, and everything was so comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. These may sound simple, but I also loved all the extra touches: Zip-Loc bags in the kitchen (I'm always forgetting about leftovers), extra towels that you don't have to ask for, and the use of the garage (a big bonus!). This house was just wonderful and a great location. Cheri was really great to work with, too. We will definitely be booking this again next year.

Great Location to Hike the Mountains

The house was very clean and everything worked. We wished it had a few more kitchen tools but we had no problems cooking our meals. The area is quiet and we felt very safe in the house. The bed is comfortable and had restful nights sleep. We would stay here again.
