Great place to stay in the SLC metro area

The 4th floor apartment was clean and very comfortable and there is a reserved parking spot. The balcony with views of the mountains to the east was a nice place to sot and have meals. There were lots of options for places to eat close by.

It needs a hot water kettle or electric kettle. Nice washer/dryer, with plentiful detergentPlentiful paper towels and bathroom tissueShampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash (industrial size)Good location, easy access on good roads to all parts of SLC and ski areas, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, theatres, Good working elevator, but dirtyCovered parkingTHINGS WE DIDN’T LIKE:Dirty: Fridge, Microwave, drawers, cupboards and surfaces, there were crumbs and smudge marks throughout. Dirty, mismatched silverware, dishes, glasses Dirty, worn rugs unwashed bathroom mats.Cheap and stained bedsheets. Barking dogs, cat scratched, stained couch, blown out chair, stained bar stools, melted plastic glasses, dirty windows, low flow faucets, simply need aerators cleaned. Super old shower heads, nasty, stained cracked linoleum flooring in one bathroom. It looks like this unit was the recipient of a home do-over, it got the old, worn used furniture and furnishings. This place desperately needs a thorough spring clean and better cleaning after each rental.

Pet friendly, yes… but watch your step!

We booked this cute apartment specifically because we needed a pet friendly place. As soon as we arrived, our dog found crumbs, used paper, and a piece of candy behind the main sofa. Otherwise the place was clean. On the grounds, we were shocked to discover that no one here picks up their dog’s poop, even though there are several potty stations, complete with bags and waste receptacles. Lazy pet owners… and this apartment was on the 4th floor which was a bit annoying to take our dog out to potty multiple times throughout our stay (good for exercising up and down the flights of stairs… there’s an elevator, though dirty and stinky).

Easy access to the highway and the parking spot was the best one, close to the apartment. Comfortable beds and being able to bring my dog with us made it better.

First Time in UTAH

We needed a place to stay on short notice. We did not come to town to ski but to visit family. We loved the apartment. It was very clean, had plenty of towles, and was well stocked with cleaning supplies, and washing detergent.

Convenient location

Unit is directly above dog park/area, so barking dogs at 5:30 am. Beds comfy, but living room furniture not so much. Nice linens and kitchen well appointed. Unit is nice and roomy and was conveniently located for our stay. Reasonable pricing. Loved the covered parking and elevator to unit.

Our stay was enjoyable

We’re a couple in our 70s. The master bed was way too low for my wife to get out of, so we slept in the guest bedroom. Most condos have luggage carts to help transfer luggage to the room . There were things like candy wrappers under the master bed. Popsicles in the freezer and drinks in the refrigerator. None of which belong to us.

Thanksgiving stay

The place was nice, very clean and quiet area. The furniture was pretty uncomfortable, and the supplies were a little low, paper towels and even hard to find a dish towel. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Very nice

We had trouble with the keypad to get into the apartment when we called for help we were taken care of immediately. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
