Gästerna får en brevlådesnyckel vid incheckningen, så de här i flera veckor eller månader kan ha deras USPS-post tillfälligt vidarebefordras direkt till ortsmailhytten bara några meter bort; Amazon, UPS och FedEx paket kommer att levereras direkt till din dörr. Pointe Resort är ett gated community beläget i North Phoenix cirka 10 mil nordost om centrum och ligger intill Pointe Hilton Resort på Tapatio Cliffs. Anläggningen innehåller tre poolområden med badtunnor, toaletter, grillar och duschar samt tennis- och basketplaner på plats. Alla pooler och spa är temperaturkontrollerade, öppna och simningsbara 24/7/365, och de som stannar längre tid kan ha sin post bekvämt levererad till en av poststugorna här på plats. Amazon, UPS och FedEx paket kommer att levereras till din dörr.

I närheten ligger North Mountain Preserve där det finns många vandrings- och cykelleder. Tio golfbanor ligger inom en sju mils radie, börjar med Lookout Mountain intill vårt norr. Den närmaste stora stormarknaden ligger mindre än en mil bort för alla dina livsmedelsbehov för att fylla i ditt kök. Det finns fyra stora inomhus / utomhus köpcentra inom 5 miles, förutom många kedjebutiker och restauranger inom 2 miles eller mindre, men detta gated community är en virtuell dold oas för lugn avkoppling. Det centraliserade läget i North Phoenix-området ger en bekväm hemmabas med enkel åtkomst till alla destinationer, platser och anläggningar i både östra och västra dalarna, och det är inom några timmars köravstånd till Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego och Rocky Point, Mexiko. Quiet, secluded and very clean condo!

This property is a gem with its quiet, secluded and very clean campus! Everything was sparkling and very neat and it had everything a person would need for their stay! We highly recommend this place and will most likely spend 2 weeks next year!

The property was nice. The heated pool and hot tub was great.

We had issues the first day because no one left us the code to get in the front gate. Prior to the trip you are dealing with the manager of the whole property, when you get there you are to deal with the manager of that specific condo so it get abit confusing.

Has great potential - my expereience wasn't

My experience of the Pointe Tapatio Condo was mixed - I was going to give a 3 star rating but after exchanges with "The Management, Resort Vacation Rentals at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs" I have to revise that rating to a 2 star. There were many great things about the rental. The unit is quiet, the furnishing comfortable, the layout is roomy. Mark was very accommodating. He made good on his commitments to get us new linens for the master bedroom & new towels throughout, a screen for the second bedroom, new blinds for the second bathroom, as well as pots & pans. All things that he had realized need replacing. Although you'll need a car while staying at Pointe Tapatio Rentals there is lots to do within easy access - all very positive attributes. What didn't work for me was any dealings with the rental agent "Management" who wouldn't even answer simple requests; such the address (even after I'd paid the deposit). We had fellow travelers who were interested in renting nearby so their behavior costs an owner at Pointe Tapatio a months rental. After our final payment went through Management sent out a massive set of instruction on how to get to the property and through the gate but neglected to provide the unit #. Their recent feedback was I should have contacted Mark for that. A wonderful example of awful customer service from Management - don't you think? With Mark not in Phoenix to help, our check-in wasn't easy. I wouldn't even go into the hassles I experience when I asked if there was an way to have equipment ship a day or so before we arrived to make the unit accessible for my wheelchair. Mark on other the hand was great when he finally returned my call but by that time I'd make other arrangements. The other items that prevent me from giving a higher rating (and a recommendation to friends) is the property is in badly need of a deep clean (baseboards are disgusting, as was the inside of the dishwasher, washing machine and outside of the stove) and an overall maintenance (the taps in two of the three bathroom sinks are so corroded they are almost impossible to use). The mattress in the master bedroom is sagging and needs to be replaced. I'll leave it to you to decide if the good out ways the bad.

Great location and peaceful condo!

This condo and the property managers were so great! My husband and I had to book the day before we arrived into town for a funeral, and the booking process and check in process was quick and simple! The property was exactly what we needed and I was even able to work from the condo with the free wifi. I am definitely keeping the info from this condo for future visits!

Lovely and helpful manager Mark

This condo gave us perfect access to family living in the Pointe Tapatio residential community. This community has good access to mountain trails and is an easy hop off to the freeway to get to downtown Phoenix or other metro areas. You will need a car. Check in and check out were incredibly smooth, and the condo was well appointed with cleaning supplies and other essentials.

Wonderful! Great! Perfect!

Great unit clean and well equipped . Great floor plan . Pool areas also lovely

Loved the location close to great shopping hiked on North Mountain and accessed nice yoga classes close by. With the 101,51 and 17 freeway all close we could get everywhere fast Enjoyed pool time. Our host Mark recommended a little Italian restaurant on 7th street "Fantastic" food give it a try if you have a chance

Relaxing in the sun

The weather cooperated and we were pool side everyday. The condo was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Resort is nice, the grounds beautifully maintained and we felt safe. Mark took great care of us and took care of every detail. If anything could be improved it would be the linens on the two full size beds. We would definitely stay there again!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your booking/security deposit amount is refundable yet subject to a cancellation charge according to the following schedule:
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date; 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. All refunds will be issued electronically back to original credit card. NOTE: Rental fee for cancellations with less than one month's notice or due to early check-out will NOT be refunded. We recommend you purchase travel insurance if this is a concern.

In addition to the cancellation policy, Guest will not be compensated for arrival after or departure before their reserved dates. The complex contains three pool complexes each with hot tubs, restrooms, grills and showers, as well as on-site tennis and basketball courts. All pools and spas are temperature-controlled, open and swimmable 24/7/365! It's just a short 1/2 mile walk to hiking trails at North Mountain. Those staying for longer durations may have their mail conveniently delivered to one of the mail huts here on site. UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered to your door. All our properties feature free WiFi.

Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away and there are three major supermarket chains within just 2 miles for all your grocery needs to stock up your kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the destinations, sites and establishments in both the East and West Valleys, and it's within a few hours driving distance to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Overall a great vacation retreat for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!
