House Rules: Guests agree to abide by the following house rules (the “Rules”). Please note that failure to comply with these Rules may result in monetary penalties.
(A) Smoking is strictly prohibited on the Property.
(B) The maximum number of guests and pets allowed at the property is limited to that specified on the reservation and enforced strictly by outdoor surveillance cameras. No additional guests are permitted without prior approval from the host.

(C) Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please respect this serene neighborhood and DO NOT hold loud parties or make excessive noise . Noise monitors are in place, and violations will result in immediate notification and potential penalties.
(D) Small pets may be allowed with prior approval and upon payment of the pet fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture
(E) Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles prior to departure.
(F) All check out requirements must be reviewed and completed prior to departure.
(G) Safety Reminder: Please use our deck and dock responsibly. Your safety is important to us, so please take care to avoid slips and falls. By using these areas, you assume responsibility for your own safety and that of your guests.
(H) Eligibility to book - Guest must sign and comply with rental agreement (listed in House Rules). Minimum age to book: 28 years old (prior arrangement possible)
