The listing indicates there is a twin bed in one room with a queen bed. This is not accurate, there is an ottoman that pulls out into a narrow cot. Not feasible for adults to sleep on. The pull out couch is very poorly padded and quite uncomfortable to sit or sleep on. The pull out trundle bed under another queen bed has a firmly padded futon style pad. Might work for kids, but is uncomfortable for adults. The bar stools are small, narrow, and tip easily. They are really not safe for adults. The deck is nice!

We do have inflatable air mattresses available in the house as an additional sleeping option, and we are currently in the process of replacing the sofa to improve our guests’ comfort. Nice place overall. Close to the fast water as advertised. Good dock and nice outdoor seating area. Overall enjoyed our brief stay.

Spectacular Oasis

Best hostess and house

We were SO IMPRESSED with Sally the hostess. She was so attentive and helpful when we wanted to extend our trip. The house is clean and even better than the pics and we will definitely be back. We had an amazing time and appreciated how genuinely concerned Sally was that we had a good experience.

Great home for extra guests visiting

We needed extra sleeping accommodations in the area for a gathering. The house was very clean and set up nicely for our group. We did need a few more kitchen item - couldn't find the toaster and cookie sheets since we are foodies and wanted to cook but all in all - it was very nice and we would rent again if needed.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The home was spotless inside, though there were some cobwebs around the exterior. I especially loved sitting out on the deck—enjoying my morning coffee and watching the sun set each evening. It was peaceful and just what I needed.The house included so many thoughtful touches like charging stations, extra bedding, plenty of towels, makeup remover cloths, and even hair ties. I truly felt right at home.

Nice getaway!

Sally was a wonderful host. She’s very responsive and accommodating. The house was nice and clean and updated. The furnitures were modern and it has a pool table in the garage. Only downside is the third bedroom is not actually a bedroom so it doesn’t really have heating and cooling in that one room but has a ceiling fan. We still had a great time and hope to stay there again in the future.
