Great layout and location, spotlessly clean. Loved really well equipped kitchen. The pool and hot tub were a bit hit and with board games and tennis courts and supermarket in walking distance- perfectly practical all round

Luxury stay for our Central Florida golf trip

The Luxury Villa at Southern Dunes was everthing promised. It was a joy to return to this house at the end of each day. We were lucky to pave pool weather most days. Neighbors and resort staff were friendly. .

House and outdoor areas were as advertised. Well stocked with all the necessities to make for a great trip. Only wished the pool could have been cleaned once midway through the stay, we rented for 9 nights. I would stay again. Nice property. Attentive owner.

Owner and Property Great - management firm needs improving.

The home is wonderful. Clean, well furnished and has all you need for a wonderful vacation. It's also in a great location (about 20 min to Disney World). The home has great outdoor space and wonderful pool. The golf course is excellent! We had difficulty with the management firm getting back to us and it was frustrating. But after contacting the owner, Michael, he straightened things out right away. I would highly recommend this home!!!

Excellent

Stayed last week of July/First of August - this is a lovely villa. It's in the middle of a golf course which makes for a lovely scenic view from the pool. Half an hour drive to Disney World and a Walmart just outside the Villa complex which is very handy. Lovely quiet estate of Villas, we will return here if available next time we visit Florida.

Great place to stay!

This is the nicest place we’ve stayed in at Southern Dunes. We did have an issue with the pool heat we had paid for. A man came by and turned it off two days after we arrived saying he was “just doing his job”. It took two phone calls and two full days to get it turned back on. By then the weather was rainy and the water was cold. Also, the pool water was green for the first full week. Fortunately, this was corrected the following week and we enjoyed the pool for our final weeks. Be sure to keep a copy of your paid receipt to verify you paid for pool heat!

Luxury Villa for Wonderful Vacation

This is our 7th year renting in Southern Dunes and this home is our 2nd year in a row...definitely the nicest homes we have been in. Very clean, well equipped and decorated. Confortable bed. Pool is awesome, warm and clean. Very quiet and relaxing. A special Thank you Michel for having make sure that we have had everything in place for our stay.

Very nice home located on 7th fairway

This is an exceptionally nice home - nicely decorated, well maintained, nice furnishings and very clean. Michel was very professional and interested in making sure we enjoyed our visit. We definitely did. This is our 8th year renting in Southern Dunes and this home is definitely one of the nicest homes we have been in. Thank You Michel..

Lovely Stay

We are repeat quests at Southern Dunes and with this owner. We have always loved the houses and care of owner. The only, very small, issue this time was this home was sold to a new owner and the cleanliness was not 100% as we have found in the past. The BBQ tanks were also both empty as they had been left open and values on BBQ on. We filled both tanks for owner so that we and next guest would have propane - still waiting for payment for this as promised. This is minor! We would highly recommend this property and Southern Dunes. The house is updated and has everything to make a prolonged stay restful and thoroughly enjoyable!

Wonderful Home

My family consisted of 7 people and our three dogs. The home was absolutely wonderful. It was close enough to all the parks (25 to 30 minutes). The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. When we first arrived the heat was not on in the pool and the Wifi didn't work. It was a Sunday evening and they responded within a half hour and came over to fix the issue. I could not have asked for a better response. Stores are all close enough for shopping. Would absolutely recommend the house and would stay here again.

Owners unresponsive

There were issues with the house we wished resolved while we were there and tried to call/email. No response. Requested return of damage deposit. No response. House was fine and clean, however would not recommend based on owner support. Would not go back to this property. I am assuming at this point my damage deposit is gone.

Excellent, great fun good location

Our family loved our stay at this property. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and sheets as well. Great location, open floor plan with homey fun décor. Loved the screened in outdoor pool with outdoor flat screen, we had grilled poolside and enjoyed dinner outside. Pleasant neighborhood, great location, close to anything you might need including a wonderful grocery store (Publix). This is truly a dog friendly property - our two golden retrievers Peter and Clifford and two mini Australian shepherds Daria and Rocko loved it as well. Highly recommend, we had a great time!

Fantastic home away from home

From the moment we walked in the house, it felt like home. It is very well decorated. Not your typical rental with theme rooms , tacky decor, etc. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with and plenty of dishes, so you didn't have to wash everything after each meal to be able have a plate for the next meal. Enough to run the dishwasher once a day. The pool area is awesome with a tv on the wall so you could keep an eye on the kids and still watch the big game. Called management to turn pool heat up. Great response and done promptly. I would definitely rent this property again and have passed the vrbo # on to some family and friends that are interested in Renting down the road.

Wonderful vacation

From the moment we walked in, we felt very much at home and relaxed. Wonderfully decorated (and updated) house with all the amenities that we needed. Very comfortable beds and sitting areas with attention to detail. Everything was very clean and ready to enjoy our vacation. Thank you very much for the opportunity to share your home. We traveled from Michigan (20 hours) and could start our vacation the moment we arrived. Would highly recommend. <3
