En fantastisk lyxig stor 5 sovrum 5 badrum villa med nya mattor ligger i den prestigefyllda gated community på Calabay Parc vid Tower lake. Villan har en master svit på första våningen med en king size-säng, en klädkammare och direkt tillgång till poolen. De andra fyra sovrummen ligger på andra våningen. Den andra sviten har en king size-säng med en klädkammare. Sovrum 3 har en queen size-säng med en klädkammare. Sovrum 4 har två enkelsängar och sovrum 5 har en två våningssäng med klädkammare. Befälhavaren har ett stort bad / jacuzzi, duschkabin och ett handfat. Den andra sviten har eget badrum med duschkabin. Badrum 3 och 4 har dusch & handfat i duschkabinen. Badrum 5 är en pooltoalett med vattenklosett och handfat.

Vardagsrummet med formell matsal har en stor lyxig soffa med soffor med soffor och soffor. En kabel-klar 50-tums LED-TV tillhandahålls för ditt underhållning.

Fullt utrustat kök med fyra ringgrill, ugn, stort kyl / frys, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och dubbla handfat med avfallshantering. Brödrost Ovn och kaffebryggare tillhandahålls också för din användning. Listing looks great, it's okay

No pool heater, No hot tub (pool repair guy said it had been out of service for a long time) We would not have stayed here had we known. Air conditioning up stairs, really bad and it was a cool week for Florida, (why the pool heater mattered) House wasn't dirty, but dingy, walls were beat up, everything was slightly unkept. Provided items barely got you by. Overall not a great stay, but it looks great in the listing. The AC I specifically asked about before booking because others had mentioned it. Owner stated it was repaired and working well. It was Hot upstairs

Great location, plenty of room

Property was at a great location to visit my parents. Parking was tight, but the home was able to fit everyone. It was a great price and smooth check in. Would stay here again!

Awesome place

This is a great place great location and the manager was available for the few small issues - maybe a few more toiletries like toilet paper could have been provided - and specific hot tub instructions - but the responsiveness was terrific - and the place was outstanding !

Disney Vacation

We absolutely loved staying at this villa! The pictures shown on the website are exactly what you will find when you arrive, and the owner is very pleasant to deal with. Plenty of room, an awesome pool, and a huge game room were all a plus for my husband and I, along with 3 teenagers. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!!

Home away from home

Another fun stay! Each bedroom had a bathroom, pool and hot tub was fun for all! This is our 2nd family trip to Haines city area and we’ll be back again. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores or day fun with the family. We recommend !!! Thank you

Everything we needed and more!

We are a family of 10 and this house was exactly as presented. Enough bedrooms and sleep spaces for 10 people with the added benefit of comfortable beds and good sheets. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have had while staying in a VRBO with everything needed to cook for 10 people. There was also enough hot water for people to bath at night which is a rare find. Walking in we noticed the property wasn't as "fresh looking" as other properties we have stayed in but it was top of the line clean and well maintained. The host and property manager were quick to respond with any questions. We would recommend this house and definitely stay again.

Beautiful spacious home!

This large 5-bedroom home was a perfect fit for our entire 3-generation family weekend event. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several large meals. It also had plenty of space for everyone to gather in one area. The location was excellent, shopping and restaurants were all just a few minutes away.

Family Vacation

The home was tidy. We were not able to use the games room as pool balls were missing and also the balls for the fooseball table. The pool and hot tub were very much a highlight...perfect temperature as we paid for the heating.

Horrible

The property owner moved us last min on the day off arrival due to lack of pool maintenance. After arriving at the other property, the pool was cloudy, and I was told it was “safe” to swim. It was disgusting! I had to find other alternatives to entertain my children. The furniture was outdated, destroyed! There was a bug in the bed. The home was hot and could not turn the thermostat down it was set to 74 degrees. I will never book with this property manager again a waste of $1,600.

Hated it the property manager an the owner all they did was lied to me and my family no ac up stairs they had fans and each room I call the property manager told me if I call again he was not going to answer I got home from my vacation email the owner no answer I repeat do not stay at this property

Family trip

This is the first time I haven't given all 5 stars for a hime. The photos don't match the inside of the house. They need to be updated. I wasn't able to bake anything without going out and getting a pan. There wasn't any chairs at the counter top. The pool was nice and clean. We did pay for the heat for the pool and spa. We were close to legoland and everyone did have there own rooms.

Great Winter Getaway 4 adult snowbirds

We are four snowbirds chasing the sun. We stayed in this rental for 6 weeks. The location is central to shopping, restaurants, and many golf courses. The security at the front gate is an added bonus. The neighborhood is generally quiet. Street parking , while allowed, is limited by the HOA, but the driveway easily accommodated 3 vehicles. The cleaning crew was leaving when we arrived and they did an excellent job. One of the guest does house cleaning and she was very impressed. The house is spacious and well equipped. The layout allowed each of us to have private space. Each bedroom was equipped with a television and there is a large screen TV in the living room. The mattresses were a little firm for us and my spouse and I added a topper to the bed that made it very nice. The linens and towels met our needs. The master bedroom had its own entrance to the pool and this was very convenient. The kitchen was well appointed with microwave, dishwasher, large pantry and many assorted pots, pans , dishes and silverware. There was nothing that needed to be added to the kitchen equipment. One day the coffee pot was not working and the management company replaced it the same day. There was more than enough sitting room in the very large living and dining room for up to at least 6 adults. The house is a little tired looking and could benefit from a few small improvements. The furniture was very comfortable but several bedroom drawers had loose or missing knobs. Some of the blinds have seen better days. The kitchen would benefit from knobs on the doors as well. Some of the bathrooms need toilet paper holders and towel racks. The first floor is tiled and in great shape, the stairs and upstairs bedrooms need new carpeting and we have heard that that is planned for the near future. We spent many hours reading by the pool, playing volleyball in the pool and enjoying the hot tub.The pool was heated and well maintained. The lanai was lovely, it had plenty of seating for 4 adults including loungers and a large glass table with chairs. There is a game room which we did not used but it appears that several parts of the games have wandered off, uncertain how useful this room is as again we did not have need of it. The full laundry room was wonderful, and used often. Both the management company and the owner, Jay, were very responsive to our needs. The pool technician came weekly to maintain the pool. We recommend this rental.

Nice big house.

We enjoyed the house. Everyone had plenty of room. Good size kitchen and game room. The washer and dryer were very handy. The only real down fall was the pool. 2 days we came back and had to add water because it was so low the it was under the jets. The next day we came back and the hot tub was not hot. I message the property manager each time. She came and checked out our the next day and the breaker was flipped. That was the only bummer especially when we paid the extra money for heat and then wasn't really able to enjoy it. Because once we added water it wasn't warm again.

Blame someone else

Attempted to verify if there was damage to property prior to checking in on October 13th via message to site October 7th. Arrived at property to find torn screens at the pool area. I reached out to property manager about at least pulling screen from hanging into the center of pool and was told he would get someone to come out to address this issue. Needless to say I wasn’t able to use pool and other guests stayed at another location with pool. Air conditioning went out on 1st floor and I was told they would update me when technician would be available. I checked back hours later to be told technician would arrive following day which was my checkout day. I checked out couple hours later.

Nice stay

This house was in a quiet area with plenty of space for the family to have private time from being together. The pool was wonderful for the kids. Hot tub was ok. The only downside was the garage game room had no air and the games need repaired. Other than that it was a great place to stay!!!

The property has alot of small issues that need attention, house isn't kept up very well, needs alot of TLC, when we arrived the water main at the street was turned off and locked, caretakers cut the lock off, not sure why that was locked?? House was not stocked the way they advertised it, very minimal covers and pillows on beds, pool and hot tub were heated and worked well? Timer for hot tub had a broken know for turning it on...had to buy a tool to turn it on. Kinda high priced compared to others in the same neighborhood.

Birthday weekend

We spent the weekend at the house. Enjoyed our time there. The only things that were a downfall were the amount of flies that stayed at the front door all day, and some of the wall needing to be cleaned from previous renters. But besides that we had no problem at all.

Not actually description of property

The property was not actually vision in the pictures that were viewed on vrbo.. the furniture was a little run down and missing decor.... In the pictures it looked real homie but at your alley it was just a rundown rental property.
