Excellent stay.

Clean, plenty of room for everyone and close but not too close to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated the security of the home. Would definitely book again.

Very good location & house generally very comfortable. Consumables ( dishwasher soap, garbage bags, toilet paper) were extremely sparse for 4 people; while a minor point, this was certainly irritating.

Fantastic Rental

This was a great home for my family. My teens spent so much time in the game room, even more than the heated pool. Spacious, comfortable and very clean. Owner was fantastic to deal with a quick to respond on anything I had questions on. Would definately stay here again.

Perfect House

This house was perfect. Very spacious and clean. It had everything my family of 6 needed to make our stay comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. It’s super close to a Dollar General Market & Walmart. The owner is an email away and responds quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Snow Birds

We stayed 2 months February too March 2014. The home was everything like the pictures. Beautiful home and plenty of storage in the kitchen. It has everything you need and if anything went wrong it was dealt with as fast as possible. Very well run management company to deal with. We highly recommend this home. If we get a chance to go back to this area we would be sure to stay in your villa. Beautiful clean and comfortable home!

Nice property and location!

Overall nice home and the property looks just like the online pics! We needed a place to stay ( in for a funeral) and the owner was quick to respond (much appreciated). My only real issue was the attention to detail needed for cleanliness. Let me be clear, I don't blame this on the owner but the cleaning crew; they definitely need reprimand. The property is too nice for that. The location is great; Walmart, Dollar store, Loews and plenty of restaurants close by. Overall nice (gated) property.

Excellent Corner Lot!!!

This a a wonderful vacation home with tons of space. The game room in the garage just made the home feel much more roomier. Close to everything. Stores, attractions, restaurants and airport. The blinds were a bit dated and some of the vinyl panels had fallen down. The blinds on the sliding glass door leading out to the pool could be pulled back but not opened. There was water leaking from some place in the refrigerator but all in all this is a exceptional property for the listing price. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxed

Everything was ok just need to update the bath towels and washcloths. Went and purchased my own due to the stains on them I usually pack my own but forgot to grab the bag I packed to bring from home. Overall that was the only issue.

Only a couple of things not satisfied with

Can only turn AC DOWN to 78 degrees. That is not cool enough for sleeping & there were no hand and wash towels. Everything else was great.

Hi Judy, Thank you for reviewing my villa, I am really sorry about the towels, but sometimes previous guest can move towels from one bathroom to the other two bathrooms, regarding the temperature, the thermostat is set to go up to 76 Fahreneit but if outside is very hot the A/C system it will struggle to perform. If just you contacted me immediately I could have sent my management company to come and rectify this issues. Hope to have you again in the future. Take care Loris
